11 days postop....

Hi everyone. I am 11 days post op....... all is well, except that my testicles are still very swollen and I really can't even find the pump.....Doc told me to start pulling down on the pump starting at two weeks, which is this coming Tuesday, but there is NO WAY I am going to be able to do that unless a whole lot of shrinking goes on in the next few days...... hurts at the incision site on the testicles....... however, other than this, all good. Any suggestions/comments??

I have a large sac, almost like putting two good size stones in a sock lol. The pump is high so because the testicles are fairly large, it stretches the sac above and makes the unit somewhat visible to the naked eye. It is on the right side. I think if I can get it centered it will be less notice able. I have bruising there but not much swelling. I am trying to push unit towards center but not much luck so far.
