I've used Bimix and Trimix. Both have worked for me.
Bimix alone has worked well but not with as good results as Trimix. Bimix doesn't produce quite as hard an erection for me, nor does it last as long as those from Trimix. That last point is not necessarily a bad thing; I've been to the ER twice because of Trimix induced priapism.
Trimix alone is great for about 5 minutes and then the pain sets in. My erections are glass cutters, cold blue steel, but the pain! It can last for a day or two after the injection. And sometimes, the pain has outweighed the enjoyment of sex to the point that I could not orgasm.
I've been using just Bimix for several months and when it's good, it's good, but I wanted the Trimix type erections with the no-pain experiences of Bimix.
Then, I had an idea. Why not blend them? Maybe just a little Trimix...
I had some 6 months old Trimix in my 35-36 degree refrigerator. I wonder????
I experimented with injecting both for a single erection. Here are my notes on my experiences:
1. 35 units of Bimix plus 3 units of Trimix. Good erection, lasted 2+ hours, no pain.
2. 35 units of Bimix plus 4 units of Trimix. Better erection, lasted 3+ hours, a little pain.
3. 35 units of Bimix plus 5 units of Trimix. Excellent erection, lasted 4+ hours, borderline too much pain.
I think next time, I'm going to use 30 units of Bimix and 3-4 units of Trimix and observe the results. If I can produce a consistent response, I think that will be just about right...except that these injections are "voodoo" (as my urologist's P.A.refers to them; it's a technical term) and it's difficult to get a consistent response. That's why I'm getting an implant, plus I don't want Peyronies Disease caused by the accumulated scar tissue from the piercing wounds of injections.
In the meantime, I'm still using injections. I don't use 2 needles. I sterilize both drug bottle tops, then my penis injection site. I use the syringe to withdraw the Bimix, then use the same syringe to withdraw and add a little Trimix to it. This technique has worked very well.
Hope this helps anyone who wants a good erection with little to no pain.
The prostaglandin in Trimix is really potent; it's like rocket fuel for an erection. A little seems to go a long way.
Looking at the Empower Pharmacy website to see the ingredients in Trimix, I noted that the amounts of the other 2 ingredients (Papaverine and Phentolamine Mesylate) are measured in milligrams (thousandths of a gram), and are the same ingredients and amounts as those in Bimix. The amount of prostaglandin in Trimix is measured in micrograms (millionths of a gram).
After my successful experiments, I have to wonder if the current formulations for Trimix contain too much prostaglandin for most men? It seems that most men complain about the pain from using Trimix. Maybe less prostaglandin would make Trimix a better option for overcoming ED.

Re: "Bimix + Trimix Experiments", or "How I Am Able to Have Fantastic Erections Without Pain"
I did the same with my trimix added my free edex so now i have 40 edex. 45/1/27 trimix added divide by 200 then use 38 units save money
edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units
Re: "Bimix + Trimix Experiments", or "How I Am Able to Have Fantastic Erections Without Pain"
Hello Niarcel, Thanks for the post. I did that about a year ago. Also was wanting to try reduced amounts of prostaglandin because of the pain. Formulations with reduced amounts of prostaglandin are available at my pharmacy. But, to buy multiple vials to test different levels of prostaglandin is too expensive. So, yes you can draw 50/50 and get half the amount of prostaglandin in the mix. You can do 75/'25 or any ratio you want. I asked my doc about drawing from two vials before injecting, that's fine. Yes do wipe them down first.
What I also discovered, when I take 1/2 tab of t4 (Tylenol/codeine) 20-30 minutes before injecting then I HAVE NO PAIN. I need to take this at night for neuropathy toe pain. It is prescription. It does not affect my sensitivity except for stopping the pain.
I am considering, because of the cost of trimix (last price $109 for 2.5ml) and because bimix is only half the price of ordering a much stronger trimix (prostaglandin) and blending it down into the syringe each time I inject.

I think that is an excellent idea for reducing costs and managing the results you want to achieve. If I have to wait much longer for IPP surgery, I may do exactly what you proposed.
I think you can do better than $109 for 2.5 ml of Trimix. Contact Empower Pharmacy in Houston, Texas: https://www.empowerpharmacy.com/drugs/trimix-injection
The last time I purchased Trimix from them, it cost $120 for 5 ml.(my best recollection).
Empower Pharmacy is an excellent compounding pharmacy with excellent products and services.
I appreciate your suggestion for reducing pain using Tylenol/Codeine. I'm a chronic pain sufferer and take a few things for pain. Unfortunately, it's been my experience that anything I take for pain also reduces pleasure, even aspirin, Tylenol, NSAIDs, Flomax, etc. So on days my wife and I intend to make love, I cut back on most everything I can. My pain level goes up but my pleasure level does, too, so it's worth it.

Re: "Bimix + Trimix Experiments", or "How I Am Able to Have Fantastic Erections Without Pain"
Hello niarceel, thanks for the reply. The pain from trimix is real bad. It is enough to consider not having sex, a scary thought. All the pain was in the glans area. A T4 after the pain is there does not help a lot. The injection by itself did not cause pain or very little. But erection collapsed immediately on laying down, venous leakage. So I need to use a ring also. That's when I get pain. Not from the ring itself, pharmacy states effective dose goes up because I am not allowing the trimix to just flush out from leakage, I am absorbing it better. My primary care states I am locking down the pain receptors taking it before.
I will check out this pharmacy. Is their bi-mix 1/2 cost of their tri-mix?

Re: "Bimix + Trimix Experiments", or "How I Am Able to Have Fantastic Erections Without Pain"
Niarcell, I used your blend #1. It worked good. I had extreme pain with 8.75-30-1 trimix but I blended 3 units of that with 27units of 30-2 bimix.
You guys that feel the pain should take note ,and write it down, of how far your dick extends into your cruses. That is down in the perineum area. Mine extended almost to my anus. This area is where the internal measurement is made when sizing an implant. My total implant is 9 inch long. 3 " inside and 6 " forward of my pubic bone. Also document your length bone pressed and girth. I had this information when talking to my implant surgeon and he said that is what I would have with my implant. Gives him an idea of what size implant to have on hand. They do these measurements with a scaled rod after they cut you open. Measurment from the Incision to base of the cruses added to measurement, incision to glans = total length of implant. Handy to know. Good to know all your previous blood filled measurements, after you get the implant. Most guys remember the wishful size they lied about all those years, then complain the lost size with the implant.

Re: "Bimix + Trimix Experiments", or "How I Am Able to Have Fantastic Erections Without Pain"
I had a partial injection failure last night, as I sometimes do.
Injected: 3.5 units of Trimix and 30 units of Bimix.
10 minutes later, I had a response from "Tripod", but he wasn't useful enough for intercourse. But guess what? I still had the expected discomfort from injecting a little bit of Trimix.
I hate the variability of injection responses because when it happens, I am in unknown territory. Now, how much to inject?
I was determined to make love to my wife, so I injected more Bimix, no Trimix.
Final injection stats: 3.5 units of Trimix, 45-50 units of Bimix. This produced the desired results.
Wow, what an erection! I could have cut glass with it. It lasted for over 5 hours before I could get it down but here's the thing that matters: I had discomfort but no pain. If I had injected more Trimix, it would have been a different evening.

Niiiiiice, niarceel!
I just posted to my ongoing thread that my uro is putting me on Bimix because of the same PGE pain. My script was Trimix 2 (30-2-20) (Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phentolamine 2mg/ml - Prostaglandin 20mcg/ml)
May I ask you the concentrations of your Bimix? Have you ever tried going past 50 units and not adding any PGE?
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=12520&start=60#topTrimix 2 (30-2-20)
TRIPLE P SUPERMIX (30-2-50)
Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phentalomine 2mg/ml - PGE1 50mcg/ml
(+ 0.15mg/ml Atropine)
Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phentalomine 2mg/ml - PGE1 50mcg/ml
