Hi all, I'm getting my Titan put in on 10/12/12, I'm a little nervous but reading all the good advice here really helps! I'm curious though as to how many of you still use your VED after getting your implant? I know some still do and I was thinking of continuing to use mine as I like the extra girth it gives me. Since I heard that the Titan is pretty much indestructible I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try.
If you do still use the VED, do you have any advice, warnings?
Thanks,
Dennov

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
Though i am not an engineer, what comes to mind is creating a negative pressure thereby expanding the penis but the cylinders will not respond in the same way due to fluid control at valve on pump. This imo could dislodge the tips in the glands. If I did do something like that it would be minimul negative pressure. Just enough to get blood flood.
Re: How many still use VED after implant?
Yeah, I definitely wasn't thinking of using the same pressure as I do now.
I seem to get more girth improvement over length improvement using the VED (at least lately I've noticed that where at first they both improved - maybe I've reached my full length potential ). I had planned to continue pumping the implant as I brought up the pressure in the VED to avoid the type of problem you suggested. Thanks for your reply .

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
I am thinking about trying using the VED after implanting in order to reach the full length potential.
I am planning do like this - pump the implant to its max, then put the dick in the VED and create a minimum negative pressure. Then remove the penis and pump a couple of more times if it allows, then back to the VED and so on.
I am hoping the VED to create an "extra capacity" for the cylinders expansion due to the additional stretching.

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
I used the VED religiously during my bout with peyronies and the doctor told me not to use the VED after the Titan implant. He decided what I should have based on what he saw and measured. Dr. Eid does implants 4 times or more per week.
I think one would risk too much even applying a little negative pressure. I sure would like more length with the girth that I got with the Titan. The idea of pumping up the implant and then sticking it into the tube....could possibly? Tell us if it works for you.

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.
Re: How many still use VED after implant?
I would think you are risking injury, remember the VED will be pulling your penis outward from your body, when I use to use the VEd there was considerable pressure on my pubic bone as the VED pushed against it while pulling out with the same force. Now, remember you will have tubes entering you venous carsonova where the cylinders will be and also you will be pulling the base out of the cavity where is seats. So in addition to helping your implants expand there will be some things going on, your anatomny will be changed and things that use to be OK, could do some damage. So if you want more grith, have larger grith cylinders put in.

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
It's my understanding that the Titan only comes in one sized girth (according to the surgeon).

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
I think you are right about that, I have the 700LGX so I am not up todate on the titian. I think my cylinders expand to 18mm width whereas the titian expandes to 21-22mm. So to me if the op had 44mm width he would be decent sized and maybe bigger than he use to be.

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
I just called Titan and the cylinders are different girths according to their lengths, they are as follows:
14cm & 16mm length = 17mm girth
18 cm L = 19mm G
20 cm L = 20mm G
22 cm to 28cm L = 21mm G
Whereas the AMS700, all cylinders are 18mm G
Hope this helps!

Re: How many still use VED after implant?
BTW, the guy I talked to at Titan said that he saw no problem with using the VED after implantation as long as I wait until everything's healed up .
