I had prostate surgery about a year age to correct urthreal issues causing urine flow to be constricted. they reamed out my prostate but left enough tissue for normal function. Now I ejaculate into my bladder but I still get a little pre cum especially if I use my prostate stimulator. Does anyone use such devices and if so does it affect the amount of pre cum and enhance your orgasm.

Has anyone had a prostate orgasm? I read that it is possible to cum without touching yourself.

I have never had a lot of precum, some but not a lot. I would think it's because of having low T all my life.(complete with damn moobs), but what that required is that my wife and I have always used various lubes since she was basically dry, too. I'm jealous of those of you who had lots of precum! However, it was never an issue for us.

Here are my research findings:

A question . . . So 40% + 60% = 100%, but the little critters (sperm) come from the testicles and so there's no % left for that. Now for those who've had a vasectomy, that will not be present but it is a contribution for those who still have nuts.
