Hi to all...
I'm 31, curently living in England, have problems with my junior all my life, i'm a grower unfortunatelly, (normaly my sizes are: lengh- 2,7 inch(7cm) and circumference is 2,9 inch(8,2cm) then I am getting horny my little junior is growing to normal sizes like:lengh-5,5 inch(14cm)and girth 5,4 inch(13,8cm). All measures are not till pubic bone presed, just till my skin in pubic area.
I want to ask especially mens who growers as well here if whey know and remember from their experience if during surgery doctor can make a kind of artificial erection to insert the right size of penile implant or this is imposible to do in practice....I would be glad to hear some answers from "veterans" who went thru this "war'...And also I would be glad to speak to somebody who had surgery in uk if somebody here exist

Igor, the doctor stretches the penis to its maximum length with surgical tools and then decides on the proper size implant to insert. I went from my original lengths of 2" soft and 5" hard to 3.5" soft and 5" hard. Very happy with the results!

(5.08 cm soft and 12.7 cm originally, then 8.89 cm soft and 12.7 cm hard with implant)

Thanks for answer..also i'm afraid by one thing...then I'm stretching my penis it's look very narrow and i'm afraid because i dont know if doctor will cannot induct an artificial erection during the surgery he will cannot insert the IPP(or maybe i'm to paranoic because it's really something what I can't imagine how in a piece of meat with 8,3cm circumference he can insert 2tubes with aproximatively same circumference) sory for my thoughts if i'm lookin silly but i hope you and others who meet ED in wheir life will understand my worries...

If doctor can induct an artificial erection during the surgery i can imagine how he can put the tubes because it's enough space to work in my cavernoses wich have a pretty girth for me than erect,
Also it's interesting for me to know if after surgery being a "shower" how the penis will have the blood circulation in tissues wich will be stretched for all the rest of my life by the tubes

I have heard from other guys here who -- like me -- have gone from being a "grower" to being a "show-er" after the implant that there are no health problems. (And many/most/all? of us like the new soft size!)

i'm afraid just to lose my girth after surgery then pumped , about flaccid i really don't care

My doc claimed he gave me an injection while I was unconscious to aid his measuring I don't know how that works, but I'd guess he measures from his entry point to the glans part then from his incision back to the crus.

That's how I would do it lol.

However he did it, he did it perfectly.

I wonder what he injected?
Injections had stopped working for me.
I'll try to find out in a couple months.

doctor inject during surgery to dilate and grow the penis in that moment,...it's kind of artificial erection wichi make more easely to perforate the penis and also to not damage completely the cavernoses(i think), but what is not important if the outcome is good
