So long story short: 22 year years old presently. I have struggled with severe to moderate ED since I was 18. At first the inability to get an erection was hypothesized to be from overtraining in track and field causing very low hormones. It was during this period of time that I first discovered I never got morning wood anymore. Then after a year of rest and rehabilitation I thought I would be better. No such luck. Went vegan, got amazing erections, became addicted to porn (now 2 years clean) and fapped really hard to the point where my dick got very painful. Then, after that, I went through a lot of weird illnesses that have now been possibly from mold toxicity (according to my practioner). So now I am very convinced that this is physical.
Symptoms: no morning wood. Erections are possible, but very weak and much smaller than my teenage boners(soft tip, making sex impossible atm). Standing and sitting make it easier, whilst laying on my back is nearly impossible.
I also have a very large prominent veins (almost to the point of looking like a varicose vein) - are pictures allowed on here?
I went to a urologist a year ago and see told me it was all in my head and didn't provide any further testing
Is it possible at such a young age to have athersclerosis? Should I go back to a vegan diet?
I am possibly getting a Gainswave treatment soon, as that sounds like the most promising way.

Re: Venous Leak?
A lot of doctors are quick to dismiss with "it's all in your head". You have to keep going back and force them to treat you. He could give you a blood flow test that can help determine if you have veinous leak.
Early 30s with ED for years from penis enlargement stretching and jelqing. Implant by Dr Eid on 24 June 2021 with a Titan 24cm with +1cm RTE on one side and -1cm cut off on the other side

Re: Venous Leak?
Would you say the symptoms I describe are signs of having one? I do plan to try and get an appt with a urologist again soon.
