Bulge at base whilst pumping

Just when I feel I'm making progress...

I start getting a bulge at the base of my penis.
It feels like its the part of your penis thats on the inside of your body that is being inflated, is that possible?
I have pumped a fair few times now and never had this problem? Why now? Have I over done it?
Right now (next day) I just have a very low grade dull ache in that perenium area towards the base of the penis.

Yeah I get one of those most of the time (on left side). It is just tissues from the surrounding area. Sometimes it can make an annoying ache when it starts to happen and I'd have to deflate, adjust the tube left or right and try pumping again. But usually it is not a problem. Over the years of pumping it has not increased or decreased in bulginess. I suppose one of those Vacuret circular ring things (that fit over the end of the tube and over your pens) might prevent some of that .. maybe not -- have not used one. And Possibly a tube that is too wide for you might cause more bulge to appear .. but maybe not! Oh one thing for sure will help prevent those bulges would be a Penile Sleeve (see articles on those over in the articles section -- plus search for 'sleeve' and you will find posts discussions).
