Sounds legit to me
Re: Botox for Erectile Dysfunction
Hadn't ever heard of this as an ED treatment - does anyone have experience with it?

Here is a link to a review article with information on the first human trial with 24 men:

This makes very interesting reading. What is most interesting about it is that it amplifies the relaxation of the smooth muscle in the penis, by inhibiting the release of noradrenalin from the adrenergic neurons, which as we know have a constant tonic influence with regard to keeping the penis in a flaccid state. This tonic influence increases with age and for some men it may become elevated at a younger age due to a possible autonomic nervous system dysfunction.
So in theory this method will help combat sympathetic hyperactivity in the penis.
They tested this on men with severe vasculogenic ED who were refractory to PDE5 inhibitors and intracavernosal injection therapy. These men were about to undergo penile implant surgery as their only option left.
There were improvements even in this cohort of men, which does suggest it may be very effective for men with mild to moderate ED, especially those with adrenergic over activity or expression.
Early days for this possible alternate treatment for ED, but it does appear promising.
Age 57, ED issues for 15-20 years. Testosterone replacement with Enanthate and Ovidrel. Currently using generic Tadalafil 2.5mgs and Resveratrol daily.
