Greetings from Oz.
I'm married, 65 years of age, otherwise fit and well, and had a RP about 5 years ago. I have severe ED since and tried medications, injections and VED. The meds have significant side effects for me, and the injections worked well for a couple of years although it was an unromantic process. The injections eventually needed a progressively higher dose and started to be very painful with the needle insertion. The VED - well lest not go there!
I saw my Mens Health doctor yesterday who indicated that I had developed penile scar tissue and suggested an implant. He has given me a referral letter to see a specialist urologist who is apparently well skilled in IPP.
I'm glad to have found this forum through an ebook I bought from Amazon. As I read some of the comments, I realise that Im not alone with this problem and my associated thoughts, self talk and emotions.
Thanks to those who provide this site.

Glad to be alive at 65 and living in OZ. RP 2015 and consequential severe ED. Tried meds (side effects!), injections 2 years (now effectiveness and injection problems) , VED (disastrous). Implanted with Titan One Touch on 12th October 2020.
Re: Gidday Everyone
Welcome to FT. Your case sounds similar to mine, used drugs and injections that didn't work well, caused pain or side effects. Finally got the implant done. Now at 7 months it's no problem to have sex with the wife without interruptions to go inject, or guess if I should take a pill or not.
Good luck on your journey.
