Caverject not available

I have been using Caverject injections for about 10 years. Usually a combo with small mount of sildenafil. Pfizer is now having some production problems and the product is out of stock. It is available in January 2021. They don't sell Trimix in my country. So for me there is no sex anymore in 2020.

EDEX and Caverject are indeed the exact same medication. I had my GP make me a prescription for the active ingredient instead of the actual commercial name so i can freely swap between Edex and Caverject when one's out of stock.

The shortages are indeed supper annoying tho, there was a time when NEITHER was available on the market, so we had to use what we had sparingly... Not fun times.
I wish more companies would get in the business and provide alternative medication.

First time i started injections i researched all tje drugs chose trimix but its not here in my part of asia then thought ok lets try edex again not here so instead of waiting till my next trip back to us i went on line and found it that way

In the UK the brand Edex is marketed using the name VIRIDAL When I was injecting, Caverject was often not available but Viridal was. Exactly the same drug.

Pfizer has production problems and we might Caverject in the beginnig of next year. Invicorp, sold out. Muse, sold out. Trimix, not on sale here. Pills dont work. No sex in the year 2020 for me.

I had the injections of Caverject with the small needle and for me it was just too painful to take the shots and I really believe that my penis was starting to get tramatized. It worked though my penis would get really hard, but I did not like it at all. That is when I told my specialists if there was something else better then to go through all that pain. Sex was not even enjoyable anymore. So that is when he introduced me to the three piece AMS Ultrex prosthetics. I was 58 years old and I decided on the implant which lasted fifteen years. But at that time I did lose an inch to where I only had seven inches. It was still very satisfactory to my partner on sex, and it was good for me also. But now with the LGX I got my full length back and am very happy even though I am getting older, but still enjoy sex the same way. Only problem now is the wife does not like having sex as often as I would like.

New timeline for Caverject from Pfizer is April 2021 but I don't believe in that. Pfizer must have all capacity booked for Covid vaccination. My guess is that Caverject will be available in spring 2022. For me that would be 2 years without sex.
