Pumping repetions

Hi, guys. Haven't been around in a while. I did start using the Osbon ErectAid since August and it has worked as it is said it would. I even went in and used it in front of the Osbon rep to make sure I was doing it right. I have been pumping at least 2-3 times a day and using is a couple to three times a week for intercourse with the rings. I am wondering about the rest of you if you are using it for exercising your penis with strictly pumping, no rings? How many times do you pump up, then deflate, then pump up, then release? In other words, how many repetitions? I understood that doing this would help the circulation just as any other exercises would do. While it is not like "the old days" when I still had my prostate and was 30 years younger, I can still have effective orgasms during intercourse and don't have the side effects with the pills. However, the doc said that this could be used in conjunction with the pills. Haven't tried that yet.

I started pumping three years ago to help overcome/improve my ED. My routine when I started was to pump 5 or six times a week. I would pump for 15 minutes, exit the cylinder and massage new blood up my shaft towards the glans using a fairly tight ok grip (3 repetitions). I then followed this with two more similar sessions. It is also helpful if you can adjust the vacuum up and down during each session (pulse pumping). I tried to do this in the morning and again at night while doing my normal bathroom routines. For the two years I was doing this, I was able to reduce my Viagra dosage down from 100 mg to 50 mg; however, i still needed constriction to maintain my erection.

I started injections a year ago because the needed constriction reduced the sensitivity of my erection. However, I still use the pump on non Trimix days. I am currently on 10 mg of daily Cialis and use 50 mg of Viagra on days I pump prior to intercourse. The Cialis and Viagra generate a semi which I can then pump up to a full erection and maintain with a tension band. I also still pump every morning as an exercise to increase girth.
