New To Pumps

Ok so it went pretty well. She said it was, "night and day. thank god for pumps" Did not have to break out the strapon last night. I did have a couple of issues.
I pumped in the dark so I couldn't really see where I was at. Also got a different part of my scrotum caught in the ring so I had a little bubble. The ring was not overly comfortable. I do think limpish sex without a ring feels better. Missionary was not an issue at all. Can somebody tell me exactly what the problem is with missionary? The only thing I have seen on here is that it's tough or a no go.

I am going to order a sleeve this week. I might try a tighter band or the band I had last night plus the next larger size at the same time to get harder. Thoughts on this? I used the medium/medium osbond last night. Might try the medium/high tension (pink) osbond this weekend.

Don't pump in the dark. Go into the bathroom where you can see what you're doing, wipe excess lube off your hands, etc. Since there is nothing spontaneous about sex anyway, when using a pump, we schedule our sex. We have early-morning wake-up sex every Thursday, and then a Sunday nooner. This is working well for us.

I can't find a way to not lose some hardness when I release the preassure. Does everybody have this issue or just me?

I'd like it to just stay exactly the same as when I hit max preassure.

I think most guys loose hardness when the vacuum is initially removed. Some guys can regain most of the hardness (but not the increased girth) just through additional stimulation and/or kegels without constriction. Others require constriction along with stimulation and/or kegels. You are definitely not alone.

I never lose any suction when slipping the rings on. I use osbon rings too. Also I use two rings. Stays rockin' hard when both are on. If you are using only one ring that just won't keep it really hard for long. Two rings will make it more uncomfortable, but there's no way around it.

The only other thing about NOT losing suction is that I use a larger diameter tube (not the one that came with the Encore). That larger tube (i think 2" ID ? ) is a much thicker tube wall also. Maybe with the larger diameter when the rings slip on, there's some room for them to end up totally inside the tube -- little wings and all. And the base of the tube just seals up again -- not a breath of vacuum lost.

Also I am all shaved smooth so no hairs to interfere with the suction contact points either.

I guess you will just have to make a video and we can analyze what is going on.

Yeah after I put on the ring but before I push the release button my glans is against the roof of the cylinder. After I push the button it drops to about the middle. I'd like to keep it up along the top.

Ok I was misunderstood. If I am standing with the tube parallel to the ground my glans is pressed against the top wall where the lable is. So I am past horizontal. Then only after I put on the pink obson and push the button does it drop. I can then take off the inner sleeve and pump again but when I push the button it drops a bit again.

I tried 2 rings the other night but it didnt work. I get a scrotum bubble with the first ring everytime which kept the second ring from snugging up to the first.

The bad part of this is my penis worked great for a week and a half now I'm back on the pump.

Ok I kind of see what you mean about glans touching the top side of the tube while it is horizontal.

So I guess there's a bit of room and the glans is not filling out to the sidewalls all around?

In that case I suppose what you are seeing is fairly normal operation then.

On the scrotal bubble issue. I seldom get any bubble or sucked in scrotal tissue, but do get a small bulge on the left side near the base. That is fairly normal among pumpers too as I have read.

Are you using one of those EZ-Ring (disks) ? Although they are supposed to help keep your balls from being sucked in (better than with a no disk I suppose), for me, the one rule of pumping is: Always hold onto your balls! The whole time. Never let go until you are ready for the rings. It is easy to do with a battery operated pump since one hand on the switch and also steadies the tube -- other hand on the balls. It is just the #1 thing to remember while pumping. And not just holding, but stretching down the scrotum along with them -- a really good grip.

Doing so also aides once you slip on the rings, although for me I still get a little bit of skin scrunched under the ring -- but i have a turkey neck there so the skin rides up a ways on the shaft anyways.

Keep on trying I guess.
