Several YouTube videos showing an implanted penis being inflated. All that I've seen look exactly like a penis getting erect in a very short time. No surprises in my opinion, looks normal to me.

Southern NJ and Philadelphia area would be happy to show and tell. Have spoke with a few men, and they seem to be on the fence. Or the spouse axes the idea. So glad I am divorced. Sorry for the late response but I just happened upon this thread tonight...
I live in Southern California too and I'm 4+ months post-op (LGX 18+2RTEs; Dr. Mills/UCLA). Until COVID-19 is in the rear view mirror, I'm unwilling to do in-person meetings at this time. However, I would be happy to share my experiences and answer questions over the phone with anyone contemplating IPP surgery...the good, the bad...the (thankfully, there was NO ugly!!)

I am so happy at week 11 . If you are on the edge thinking about getting an implant and have no other options that have or are no longer working, find a good doctor and have it done. The healing time goes by very quickly and if you love your dick like I do, you will really LOVE IT! Sure, there are some down sides, as there is with anything, but for me, it well worth it. For me the main "down side" is that I just can't keep my hands of of it
