Being a guy with ED, I use a pump but still don't get hard enough for intercourse. A while ago I bought a strap on hollow dildo but it was made of plastic and hurt my partner. Do you use a constriction band in conjunction with your pump? I can achieve a hard erection with an Osbon constriction band.
