Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

A quick question if anybody can answer..... Have been doing trimix and the pain /pleasure ratio is all pain and not much pleasure. Want to go back to a bimix formula, as strong as possible and pharmacist suggested adding a small amount of atropine to the bimix. I am game to try most any thing that may work but my doctor is rejecting the atropine kicker. Has anyone tried the bimix with atropine? (I am aware that it is usually used in a trimix which makes it a quadmix). Still don't have an explanation of doctor's rejection.

Just a guess but maybe the pharmacist wants to reduce the amount of alprostadil so there's less pain. Why your doctor is reluctant is best answered by him. I'm not sure how long you've been doing injections but I found after a number of tries the ache lessened. My pharmacist was reluctant to use atropine simply because it was so volatile that the potency dissipated almost immediately.
