An uninsured artist seeking advice/help

Postby ndib007 » Tue Nov 13, 2012 10:18 am

Hey gents,

So after searching and scanning this site for a few weeks, I've decided to post.

A little about my situation…. I'm a 35 year old artist living near Chicago. I'm in okay-ish shape, a bit on the heavy side (currently trying to drop about 10-15 lbs), but not obese, with no major health problems (that I know of - haven't been able to see a doctor in about 5 years). I make enough money to get by and I do what I love. It's pretty fantastic. Not so fantastic… having no insurance and a (self-diagnosed) case of ED. (Hence no doctor visits in 5 years). I've tried/am trying many herbal solutions, but to no great results. I get NTE fairly regularly, and I can get an erection, but maintaining an erection (especially a truly HARD erection - to penetrate), is next to impossible.

I would love to even just be able to TRY some ED drugs. But I have no clue how to get them, short of trying to find a drug-dealer. Fun.

I feel like 99% of the on-line pharmacies mentioned throughout posts on this site have an equal amount of unsafe ordering experiences as they do safe ordering experiences. I don't really want to take that risk, for fear of throwing away what little money I have.

I have a very kind boyfriend in my life at the moment, and though we've chatted about my ED issues and he says it doesn't bother him, it bothers me.

I'm sure I could benefit from seeing a therapist to deal with "normal" anxiety, stress, etc. (who couldn't, right?) which might help the situation a little bit maybe... but again, the cost isn't doable. Even sliding scale therapists are expensive, and they couldn't prescribe any ED pills anyway.

I have no family to turn for financial help either.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm at as loss as to what to do. (And this feeling is probably only aggravating my anxiety about the whole situation.) I've really appreciated finding this site and reading stories from others who are going/have gone through similar issues.

Thanks in advance.

Let's see if I can help a little. Go to the top of this page and find the search window. Type in adc and you will get plenty of hits for a reliable Indian vendor that I and many others have used for years. Make sure you take advantage of the "Double Pill Offer" which will be listed somewhere on the page. Full instructions have been posted often and that is how you find the answers and on any subject.

Kind Regards, Jim

Thanks. I am looking into ADC. Any recommendations on the "safest" way to make a payment to them?

ndib,

I've always used a regular credit card. Also in some dealings with ADC to adjust an order, they always needed the credit card again since they said they do not store it after they've used it -- sounds like a good plan.

They'll take a bank Check even ... just takes longer to turn it all around tho.

Other people have recommended buying a cash card for approx the amount of the transaction and then use that to pay - thus only risking what is on the card. BUT make sure it is a cash card that is good for international transactions. I don't know how you determine if it is .. i doubt the checkout girl at CVS would know. Maybe eye the 1-800 number on the card and call them and see what they say.

Good luck with your purchase -- and results.

Hi ndib007,
Welcome aboard, the prices from ADC seem good if jim says 40pills for 24.00 the pharmacy I use to use was like 120 pills for I think 300.00.
What I really wanted to say to you is ....don't let the drs make you think its all in your head. Mine did because I was also young (37/38) when I had problems, you will drive yourself crazy with it(sorry)and its great your partner says it doesn't. Matter,it does affect both people in the relationship(from experience most partners will tell us wht they think we wanna hear)until you see the disappointment on their face...it is a problem that will play serious head games(no pun intended)it will mess w/your selfesteem.just do the best you can to stay positive, and just know it is fixable(usually one way or another.I'm not trying to scare you,I just want to be honest(when it happened to me I was misinformed and was on the edge)I want to save you from that is all. I wish for you a simple solution, and best wishes.....and hang in there..
We'll be here.......Rich.

Hey Guys,
You might want to look at Northwest Pharmacy in Canada. For lack of a better word they haave FDA approval and ADC does not> Just a thought.
