Follow my thread. URO is adding an analgesis to my Trimix. Will let you know how it goes.

Lidocaine in the mix fixed it for me!

I'm prescribed a mix which doesn't have Alprostadil - it's basically quadmix without Alprostadil.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Yeah but I need the PGE to get hard. Bimix alone only fluffs him up.

What if they add Atropine to the Bimix?

That is something that has never come up in our discussions of mixes. I will ask him about that, thank you! Maybe it’s not on Health Canada’s list of approved meds for this? May I ask you if you are in Canada?

Not Canada, Australia.

This website here lists the compound mix as "Pap.P&A":

I would be surprised if it were not available in Canada as approved, if Quadmix is.
