I've never been one to listen to my Dr's orders. But this time I am. Also I forgot to mention that I wear my jockstrap outside of my underwear. It made it a lot more comfortable and still keeps my penis pointed upwards. My underwear also has the pouch, making it a lot more comfortable.

The flaccid version you have come to know over the years is probably gone now- it is for me with a Titan ...... definitely definitely become a “shower” - and it’s super hard ( for me anyway ) to wear tighter briefs

Actually I switched over to something called separtec for underwear - best I could find for the updated parts

I looked at the Separtec underwear—can you point your penis up? I dint get how they work?

I can see it will be a while before I can wear the usual low cut suits. I have some that are loose in front and not real bikini size. It may be my imagination but when I am doing things around the house, my penis gets a little larger/heavier. I am 7 days post-procedure. Attach is a basic flaccid pic.

I normally get the cotton boxer brief version -
During the day I use the 2 pouch system -

2 pouches - one for the frank , one for the beans

There’s a lot of flexibility in the frank pouch so you unlike normal boxer briefs you can control the pressure a bit- when you put them on - I open the frank pouch In the front , pull them up so the beans are comfortable - THEN, you can wrap the outer frank part around what’s still sticking out -

During the day I don’t point UP - I only do that at night for 1-2 hours - and even then you can use the same underwear if you’re not using the frank pouch - - you don’t have to use it if that makes sense. It’s kind of tough to explain- at the end of the day, when you talk about uncomfortable pressure at the tip , these underwear are the best ( for me )

Is that how a flaccid Titan looks like. To me it's an almost fully erect penis

Actually, I should have written, ‘partially inflated’ and can add that the flaccid penis is thick, longer, but in my case now bends down nicely. I will be able to wear a swim brief/Speedo when I return to swimming next week. I will post a picture for you in the private message area. I would counsel you to do this. I have had almost pain and the discomfort has been minor. I am three weeks post procedure. I have had none of the problems discussed here, though the site was useful in calming my jitters.

Exactly my problem too after my Oct 26 procedure. I called my doc and she said to not point it down and to try to point up the first three weeks but don’t make it hurt.
