Your wife MIGHT THINK she doesn't want sex while that not necessary is true. I have been struggling with the venous leak for many years. So if I manage to get a descent erection, it will either fade before I can finish, or I finish while my wife still on the arousal mode. Either way very seldom she was getting an orgasm. So over time her desire for the contact was reducing so that at some point time she would never express any interest and would agree for an intercourse only for my satisfaction.
But that has changed since I've started using constriction rings. Now I can maintain a descent erection while the reduced sensation makes her finish way before myself. As as a result, now at least once every couple of weeks when I going out of our bedroom I am getting the question - where you think you're going?
So I guess the mother nature awoke her desire again.

DaveKell,
I agree with Danny. Dave, do you think you could focus on her needs? Our minds kind of go blank when our dicks are NOT working right. Now that you are learning how to wake yours up from a deep sleep, you forgot something. She needs to be awakened also. She has forgotten and needs to be courted again as your sex partner. Decent Sex takes two willing partners. It does not matter in what combination, it only matters they want each other.
You now need to find ways to phrase your invitation differently after ED then what worked before. What was, is history. It is no longer. What is is now and you need a new beginning. You need to court her all over again. Bath her, rub her, tell her how she feels to you. Tell her how she smells and what her taste does to you. Tell her the sounds that get your blood moving. Make sure she knows how you feel about her and keep talking.
In our case my cock does not always stay hard enough for her to climax. That is OK because we both know I can make her climax if she wants to then or we might do a return engagement in a few days or she has my blessing to make herself climax then and we still try a few days later.
Here is what I'm saying, my ED started with Prostate surgery and by pledging ourselves to finding new ways to please each other we have found we could get my dick back in the game often enough to please us both.
I think you've got some work to do.
Kind Regards, Jim

I think she knows that I got a VED which for me at the present is for penile therpy. Atrophy set in @4 yrs ago. Have had
no intimate contact since. I mentioned sex the other day and she said her vagina was probably to small. When I can maintain
an erection that functions I am going to try another approach`. I am on the big "T" for over a year now. after a short time I experienced
sensations and could finally orgasm (a very good one) but libido waned and everything stopped. So I stopped the "T" for a short time
until I went to new urologist who put me on another brand of "T". It has not restored sensations and I have been able to orgasm 1 time.
At tyhe present I cannot even J/O comfortably. Takes too long and I'm beginning to feel it's not worth it. Too much frustration. I would
be content with penile restoration and being able to orgasm, then I will work on wife and if she cuts me off I will masturbate to my life's
end. I will soon be 77, married 55 yrs. I'm one of those guys that thinks about sex every 24 minutes.
I have been on Androgel (no luck) and testo cyprionate shots I gave myself (again, no luck). I read about a guy with similar experiences who tried compounded T from a pharmacist and said the difference to pharmaceutical T was night and day. I had my doc write me a script for compounded T and the results have been nothing short of amazing. The uro who told me my dick would never work again was totally wrong (he wanted to do an implant asap). Have your doc write a script for 100mg compounded T and find a compounding pharmacist, they're usualyy only in small independent pharmacies. I shave my balls and apply it to them. Been having wet dreams since using it.

Another thing to consider is testosterone for the wife. My wife has been taking monthly testosterone shots administered by our GP doc for a few years and they definitely increased her libido and sexual function. The amount in the injections must be set by a knowledgeable doc. Given what you said about your wife's lack of desire, you might want to consider both of you talking to a psychologist first about your needs before suggesting testosterone for her.
