Some random thoughts after 2 week follow up

Postby radiodec » Fri Nov 23, 2012 7:44 am

Here are some random thoughts that come on a belly full or turkey and a good report.

First I got some deflation advice from my urologist. At least on the AMS devices when fully deflating, you must be solw, and steady when squeezing the penis to remove excess fluid. If you are too fast on the squeeze, it can confuse the pump and put it back to inflate and hold mode. This means you have to press the deflate button again. Deflated my leftovers from surgery myself at urologists instruction. No sensitivity in penis, squeeze felt good, would like a different kind of squeeze.

Got a prescription for two weeks more Cipro; this reminds me, if you wind up with a longer course of high-power anti-biotic, get the athletes and other anti-fungals handy. Anti-biotics can cause fungus problems. The ladies know this.

Urologist is teaching my wife how to operate the pump also. I think that this is a good idea for us. It well give her a certain amount more control(ownership) in the love making. For all of us that have spouses that like the feeling of making their man grow when making love, here is a way even with an implant. Shows trust too! What better way to get asked for some love making that for the spouse to gently inflate your manhood.

After two weeks no pain only the most minor of discomfort at incision sites, The junk in the scrotum is not much of a problem, most of the tender spots are gone. So only one adjustment and it is not a problem, just an adjustment; learning to stow five inches when you are used to stowing less than three and that playing turtle. This is an adjustment I can almost enjoy.

Cheating a little. I did a little pumping up though not told to go ahead. Pump is hard to start as expected.

Started out to pump just a couple so I could know I could find release button. No pain at all! Slipped up to 8 pumps, bulb hard at this point but no pain! Can't wait for 12/20, then I will officially get the go ahead to pump and by my doctors preferences the OK to use it, too. Wonder how many pumps I can get at 12/20?

Hope this is encouragement to all.

Maybe! But I wouldn't want to be Santa; I hear he only comes down chimneys! I know of a better place.

And Santa only comes once a year, not sure why he's so jolly!

For Santa, think of all those chimney!

Now for the real "meat" of this, tired of waiting, going to jump the OK and go for it. Been 4 weeks now, can get to way too many pumps without pain; so, the wife and I are going to give it a gentle test ride. It'll do thirty plus now so I think I will run it at twenty for safety and comforts sake.

Sorry bout the bragging, but it feels good to say that all that money and time are finally going to get put to good use.

Somebody talk me out of it; NOT.
