Sabaone, I just submitted a review myself. Once your on the non-profit site enter "Erectile Dysfunction foundation" in the search window at the top of the page. Then click on it to submit your review.

I just put in my own two cents.... under EDF, though... not FT.
I just realized, though, that you have to sign into the GreatNonprofits website using an e-mail address or Facebook account. I think it's completed now!
