I would agree that jelqing is not a safe remedy for treating PD: however, there is a great deal of anecdotal evidence strongly suggesting that jelqing,if practiced properly, improves circulation and the overall health of the penis and can improve ED. Not sure if you were commenting on jelqing in general.

again, according to all the uros ive talked to, jelqing and kegels are very dangerous exercises to both the nerve network of the penis and its tissues necessary for erection. the "evidence" (note the quotes) you talk about has not been confirmed by the med community as potent and safe. there hasnt been a shred of proof that jelqing or similar exercises works. if you want to pursue this dangerous practice, go right ahead.

Hi Kuliox,
Something to peruse over you say any uros you've spoken to say no to jelqing, and you pay them money and they say that, yes, think about that last bit, your on Triex and now its giving you a curve that if you carry on will make your JT useless, say you start jelqing and you lose your curve and your ED starts to go, were would you not be going and spending hard erned bucks, yes uros, the guys who want your money, the same guys who say dont jelq it will give you impotence, so why do you inject Trimex now then, so surely Ed and impotence are the same thing, unless I have got the last bit wrong?
So you still thinking, and if jelqing doesn't work why is there a site called pegym and why do so many people go there, and so why do so many guys show there before and after photos on there, yet you say it doesn't work

jelqing and kegels can make ED worse. you have a very bad perception of uros which i dont understand. all the uros ive been to have been honest. ED and impotence are not the same thing. you need to study up on what these terms really mean.

the reason why theres pegym if cuz its primarily for those who want a bigger penis. these exercises, again, are dangerous according to the uro community. theyre not meant for those who suffer from ED issues. you can tear away vital tissue needed for an erection with these exercises. if you visit the site there are hundreds of people on there who report a worsening of their ED with these exercises. even those with no ED have reported cases of ED.

i seriously dont understand why youre defending exercises that have been denied as effective for ED by the med community. but if you want to use these exercises at the expense of your penis's health, go right ahead.. its your life not mine.

Check out the recent thread in the Injections Forum - Probably injured my Penis with Caverject Injection. The thread starter describes how he suffered from several long lasting priapism events after injecting Caverject prescribed by a urologist who apparently failed to provide proper instructions.

Several years ago I did a regular penis exercise program including jelqing and kegels and was able to reduce my Viagra dosage from 100mg to 50mg. In my opinion, If done in moderation, "natural" penile exercises are a viable alternative to "unnatural" urologist prescribed medications. My endocrinologist once commented on taking supplements to improve ED that he was never taught about herbal supplements in med school so he could not recommend them; however, he encouraged me to try them and "if you do not experience any side effects, they could be helpful. I wonder how many urologists were taught about jelqing and kegels in med school.

Just did a study on ED and impotence, have a look at this link http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictio ... /impotence and if you look you will find in the top ED just hit on that and it all becomes clear.
AS for uros, I like the ones I have in my pocket living in Greece, but as for uros being English and do read a lot about them in other forums, there are a lot of guys who dont like them and think there a waste of time, and being Englich, in the UK our doctors do every thing for us, we dont go to uros, but then from what I've read there not doctors anyway are they, just trained in the part they practice on, and the point is I think put to much trust in them, mind you thats just me and a lot of other guys who say the same.
And yes there are guys who get ed from jelqing as many get it from over masturbating, and sometimes how they masturbate and what they do it with, but as for jelqing, its because they are not sticking to the rules, and yes there are rules, but at the end of the day some guys get some amazing results from doing it, so just dont poo, poo it, go and have a look round.
Good Luck
Try this link as well you can even do a quiz, http://www.medterms.com/script/main/art ... lekey=3946
And one last link, http://www.impotencedefinition.org/
So please come and tell what the diferance is between impotence and ED, because I cant see any, makes you a very intresting Guy, and me I'm just the dummy.
Again Good Luck

apparently youve got issues with uros which i dont understand nor care to know. whatever theyve done to you is between you and them. dont complain about your issues since i'm not youre uro. i'm going by the what they suggest. theyve got the training and med experience that we lack so theyre far more qualified to deal with medical issues than we are. if you dont like uros and you run into a urological emergency, then treat it yourself.. but dont complain if youre in pain and lack the med experience to deal with it. if uros go by someone who has no med experience or years of training, i'm sure theyll get sued.

if you admit that people have gotten ED from these exercises, what are you complaining about?

many uros in the community differentiate impotence from ED as a permanent status of ED. the dictionary you used is a general dictionary, not a medical one. many uros use it to mean different degrees of ED.

you say youre english.. were you born in england? i ask this because your grammar isnt accurate. and maybe this is the reason why youre not understanding me.

Hi Kuliax, I'le Take one question at a time, uros, never ever seen one, would not know one if I fell over one, would not even know how to find one, but then this is Greece, but even in the Uk our doctors do most of the work and its a only if he fills that he cant find an answer that we would be sent to one, and that would be in a hospital, proberly are some private ones, somewhere.

But then have got ED but its now in recovery, and did it all on my own, did all the research on herbs and a hormone, and here I am today, get good nocternal erections that wake me up and very good morning woods, all this because a Greek doctor said I did not have ED it was anxiety and gave me Viagra without any kind of tests to see if I was fit to take them, now back in the saddle and not a uro in site, but again talking of uros just why have you seen so many, as you have said all the uros I've seen, your quote.

Jelqing, yes men get ED from it, but you missed out the bit about not sticking to the rules for jelqing its that simple.
You also say kegels are no good as well yes, well have a word with Paul on them as he uses then as part of his program, but then he is the ED Coach.

You said, many uros in the community differentiate impotence from ED as a permanent status of ED. the dictionary you used is a general dictionary, not a medical one. many uros use it to mean different degrees of ED.
One last link for you and its from the Mayo clinic http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/erecti ... on/DS00162, I take it that this is good enough, or perhaps not?
If you look under there list for illness's and under I for impotence you will see it says look up ED, so why would you think that is or do you think they have got it wrong?

I said I was English? so where do you think English people come from then? -------, so if you filled in the gap with England then yes you got it right, born and breed, I'm a cockney boy from the east end of London and proud of it, were famouse around the world for being loud and proud, but sorry if you think my grammor is not up to it, thats from not being an upper class twit, but then my education was not the best as I was out of school a lot from any illness you can think of and then some, its funny because I dont think most of us do understand you as well, as it seems you have built a wall and cant or wont go round it, jelqing/Kegels that is, one last bit for you, did you know thats Kegels was invented by Dr Arnold Kegel, for women and there pelvic floor, but men do them to improve our ejeculations and pumps more blood into our penis's, its a real bad exercise, what next.
Good Luck

If my memory serves me correctly, Kegels are used by the women to help control incontinence.

Also they were recommended to me as a means to speeding the recovery from incontinence post radical prostatectomy. I therefore think that all urologists are not against them, they might just have a different viewpoint as to when they are useful.

Remember, anything even drinking water can have dangerous results if overdone. And most exercises can be dangerous if not done correctly.

This leaves an ocean in which to put the opinion, practices, and biases of urologists and physical therapists.

ok, i dont understand your logic. 1st you said that you went to uros in greece. but then in your last post you said you had never seen one.. so, now i'm confused. you really need to read up on ED material cuz it seems like youre not understanding how it operates. youre very antagonistic for whatever reason. this is probly why youre ED is worse. so i'll just stop here.
