Priapism Trimix
Priapism Trimix
Well I messed up big time guys. I had an almost 9 hour erection (rock hard) today after injecting Trimix. I had done a few practice doses to get proper titration in the weeks leading up to this point. My theory is the practice injections must have had some injection error, either that or my dick randomly decided to behave much differently that before. Tried gobbling up Sudafed, ice packs, running but these had no effect. Decided it was time to go to the ER after ~5.5 hours. They finally aspirated my penis after ~8.5 hours, and by hour 9 I was close to flaccid. Luckily there was no discoloration and only mild pain so I’m really hoping for a near-full recovery. Sad part is I had psychological ED before (started dating after a LTR), now I may have the real deal. Time will tell. Be careful with this stuff folks. I’m done with it.
Re: Priapism Trimix
Where you using Trimix without a prescription? More than most likely you are okay, whether you went to ER after four hours or 5.5 hours, that's not a lot of difference, and once in ER they know how to triage.

I had a prescription from a men’s health clinic.
Re: Priapism Trimix
Anything I can do to speed up recovery? Is it too soon to try to get an erection?

I suspect you are correct and your prior injections techniques were less than optimal.astroman wrote:.... My theory is the practice injections must have had some injection error,...
I suspect you're just fine. Just don't make a habit out of it.astroman wrote:..Tried gobbling up Sudafed, ice packs, running but these had no effect. Decided it was time to go to the ER after ~5.5 hours. They finally aspirated my penis after ~8.5 hours, and by hour 9 I was close to flaccid..
You should be careful with all meds and especially anything you inject.astroman wrote:. Be careful with this stuff folks.
Seems a bit premature for that if you in fact really need help with ED. You just need to go slower and error on the side of caution. Read old posts on injection techniques, of which there are plenty.astroman wrote: I’m done with it.

Yeah, I don't feel comfortable with those. You should try to find a local real Urologist that delves in sexual health.astroman wrote:I had a prescription from a men’s health clinic.

I'd suggest you leave the little fellow alone for a few days.astroman wrote:Anything I can do to speed up recovery? Is it too soon to try to get an erection?

Step #1 is to see a urologist.
Step #2 is to get advice from Trimix veterans on here.
Do not try injections without a bottle of phenylephrine close by. No one starting injections should be without it. I had to use it once early on. Had an erection for about 3 1/2 hours. Injected 5 units of Phenylephrine and I was flaccid in about 5 minutes.
