Injection site and susceptibility to STDs and STIs

Postby hopeful1971 » Mon Jan 04, 2021 8:53 pm

I'm considering using injections sometime in the near future. Being in an open relationship, I was wondering what the chances of contracting an STI/STD were because of the hole left by the needle if one were to have oral or penetrative sex right after injecting.

Thanks,
Andy

I expect any break in the skin increases the likelihood of disease transmission. I think it would be wise to assume you will almost always have some sort of break in the skin of some sort. Use common sense.
