Months ago I got the O zone injection to "heal" my penis fibrosis and guess what? I got more fibrosis!!!! I paid $2000 for that poison!!!.

I have fibrosis on my penis due to a Trimix injection, so 2 years later I decided to get thevP-shot with amnion. Months later my fibrosis got worse, I do not know if the P-shot maybe will work with a healthy penis but if you have fibrosis DO NOT DO IT

I have to comment. I'm very surprised that no one on this thread had differentiated between Gainswave radial acoustic wave treatment and real focused shockwave. All the scientific studies I have been able to find debunk as useless the radial wave treatment. It is painful because it only affects the outer epidermis and does not reach the area that might benefit. The encouraging, yet still inconclusive, scientific RCT trials are all about focused shockwave. You can buy a radial acoustic device on eBay for $1000; a real focused shockwave device is $50-100k. IMHO, the practitioners, who are usually not doctors, of the radial acoustic wave devices are charlatans.

What is your definition of shockwave? All the discussion in this thread is in reference to Gaineswave, which is a cheap radial device. Or are you referring to focused shockwave (of which the only approved device in the USA is the Storz Duolith SD-1?

I have never seen one credible report of the radial devices helping. However, I have found several scientific RCT studies of the focused devices (including other manufacturers internationally) that offer promise - not glowing, but promising. I may be wrong, but the studies I've looked at were positive-leaning about their potential. I don't recall a single conclusion that they were worthless.

I feel like I'm on a crusade to differentiate between the two technologies. But my only interest is as an ED sufferor looking for a solution. Before I am characterized as a desperate dupe, let me say that I'm doing quite well on Sildenafil and I could live with that as my solution. But if focused shockwave can add a little boost then I am interested. Interested enough to do some investigation which first and foremost tells me radial wave is a sham and that frequently true focused shockwave is mixed in without distinction. And that distorts the analysis.
