I tried what bldoink said and if I do say 40 units, I push in 10 units about every 15 sec. In between, it does cut down on the ache. The VL thing I've got it bad. and still haven't got there with quad mix 30/4/40/.04. it will mess with your mind for sure.

For a quick trial, you can buy some velcro ties (8" ones) from Home Depot or Lowes or almost any hardware store. That will give you an idea if a cockring might help at a price of $3.00. And they are infinitely adjustable -- that's important so you can adjust up or down in tightness to keep it comfortable.

Do whatever you both find works for you. But experimenting can be fun if you want it to be. Bear in mind that there is usually a world of difference between using a medical grade constriction ring with a VED to make and hold an erection and using a novelty/sex shop ring as an erection enhancement. Your wife may find she likes the latter. My wife does. Ring goes around everything, behind the boys or whatever floats yer boat.

Sort of a separate topic that may detract from the main but I discovered that a second not overly tight ring around the boys got me ball play I never had before, BONUS!
