Please any help for me iam 29 years old

I got a venous leak due to masturbation for 6 months ago before that i was very goood and every day i had strong morning erection and also spintaneous erectio.. Now i feel i have a bad erection only get it hard when only masturbate but for normal excitation i have a mild erection ( just watching porn) iam taking 10 mg cials and not married yet and my wedding is so soon also when my penis start to erect it moved up and down all time and i feel it like a heart all time from erectiin to ejaculation.
Any advices please to cure my self?
Can i marry and i have that issue?
Can venous leak treat with time or it permenamt?

Have you had any test to confirm it?
I ( 29 M) took Spironolactone 400 mg to treat my hair loss. As a result, the penis shrunk from 6” to 4”. with Severe erectile dysfunction. Looking into the penile implant with Sliding Technique.

Yes penile duplex ultrasound showed psv 81cm/sec and edv 11cm/sec

I think you have to talk with your wife...

-Erection problems since 4 years
