Lumps inside can cause complications with the implant. I would get a consult with the implant surgeon just to get a feel of his personality and also ask him about the lumps. I was having problems with injections that caused a curve and lumps. Implant surgeon said to stop injections immediately. I had injected less than 40 times.

Without a ring it will go flaccid and with a ring, I can only get to a good semi. The uro won't go higher cause he not comfortable with a unfirmiliar strength. Wants me to ck into surgery. The uro's in the same place aren't familiar I don't think with injections! Looking for a new one anyhow cause they don't take medicare and I'm turning 65 in March. I think he was pushing for surgery before then, but that's not happening cause I've got hernia surgery in Feb.

Your not alone my mix is 45/1/27 and last 6 months i had to go from 26 units to 32

Moving from to implant was the best thing I have done. The injections had too many cons: no spontaneity, no control over duration, having to deal with freezers and syringes, only able to inject every other day, and more.
I am 5 weeks post op and my wife and I are going at it like newlyweds. The advantage of adjusting hardness based on activity is great, and being able to be hard whenever the mood strikes us.
