Questions for young members regarding how they got Venous Leak

So I have been following this forum for few months.

I am 30 years old guy. I think I got venous leak due to my non conventional Mustarbation Technique. I used to do Prone Mustarbation (Mustarbating lying in the back) from the age of 14. Till 16, I had huge sex drive and controlling spontaneous erection became tough for me. But everything changed. I guess because of Prone Mustarbation, I damaged my Tunica Albuginea as it creates huge pressure in the base of the penis.

So I have a question for the young members. How do you guys get Venous Leak?

I guessed it reading different stuffs about it. There is no treatment for venous leak except pills, injetions and implants unfortunately.

I think your venous leak have to be confirmed by a doctor.
