do not be alarmed ... you probably have a psychological problem, the leak is partly determined by the lack of erection in certain positions and by the difficulty to maintain it, use natural treatments before cialis or viagra since the latter can cause or worsen a mild problem due to excess blood to the penis
25 -year-old Colombian ... Psychological ED for life, I use viagra spontaneously with ex cellent results, it stopped working and developed a leak ... cialis + viagra work halfway in one position hate mi life but I am struggling to get an implant

The advice from Txagq8 is spot-on. An implant is the last thing you want. Said another way, you should try all other solutions (any that are likely to work) before an implant.

The fact you can get erections means your blood flow is good. The fact you lose them might be because your blood flow (going out of your penis) is too good. (That is called venous leakage.) But there are several other things that can cause the same things you describe. A urologist specializing is sexual function is the professional best to figure out what is going wrong and how to fix it.

Blood flow, muscle tone, psychological, neurological...the list goes on.

An implant is non-reversible and will render you unable to get an erection without it.

Consider this: Implant does not cure E.D. It guarantees 100% impotence until you inflate.

If you had a hand that did not grip well, would you cut it off for replacement with a prosthetic hand? Keep in mind that the prosthetic may fail and leave you worse off than your natural hand was until you have another surgery.

If you could struggle through a 9 minute mile on your own feet, would you opt for prosthetic feet that enabled a 4 minute mile, but if (when) they failed, would leave you in a wheelchair until you have another surgery?

Implant is not a cure. It is a treatment. A very good one, but not a cure. A natural erection if far superior in many ways, so if a treatment that is less invasive, destructive and flawed than an implant will work for you, take it. Most treatments do not leave you permanently changed as an implant does. But if NOTHING is available, then do consider an implant

I do not know if you are very sincere, or if your implant is not to your liking

My implant is VERY much to my liking. Deciding to get it was not a struggle for me at all. (Finding the right surgeon was, but the decision was easy - it was essentially made FOR me by my dysfunctioning penis.)

The positioning of the pump could be better, but the functioning of the implant has enabled my penis to function VERY well indeed, as well as in the blissful days of my youth! Even better - I found it a lot of trouble to get girls into bed back then. Sexually capable, but socially awkward, I was.

Sincere, enthusiastic and deliriously happy with my implant. But realistic about its drawbacks. You have to pump it up manually, there is risk of medical misadventure and the chance of it failing to function (whereupon I would seek a revision/replacement as soon as possible). Also, if tomorrow a true CURE for E.D. were to happen, unimplanted men would have a chance at it. For implanted men, it would be too late. So, going bionic is, in my opinion, the last resort. But if it is appropriate, there is no good reason to delay.

Sheep, I have to say you’re my favorite poster on this board. It must take years of mental practice and total acceptance to view such an emotional problem as ED in such a rational and methodical way. How do you do it??? There is so much stigma, especially being young... with this condition.
26 years old. USA. ED problem since teenage years. Doctor prescribed ED meds showing some efficacy but not a guarantee. As much as I’d like the implant I now think I should hold off if I’m seeing some results from pills

You do not reach any erection without desire? ... or do you lose it in moments?

Riddle me this, Batman:

How many doctors have you consulted about your situation, and what did they tell you?

Until you see what is truly happening to you physically and psychologically, anything you try or any advice you get could make a bad situation worse.

Nobody on this website can diagnose venous leakage. Nobody is qualified to determine from message postings if it is psychological.

ED is bad, okay? But it can be addressed if that’s the problem. Sometimes ED is the diagnosis, but sometimes it can be a symptom of other diseases...heart, vascular, diabetes, multiple myeloma (although that usually causes priapism) or other malignancy.

The bottom line I am trying to make instead of relating each instance of ED on a message board is you would be well served to get to a medical doctor as quickly as possible and find out what is causing the problem instead of relying on people here to guess.

Once you know, then yes, this board is a great resource with people who have similar experiences. I can instantly relate to the guy with lifelong or early onset ED who got by with shots or pills for 60 years before implanting. Others can immediately identify with various levels of prostate surgeries, diabetes....you name it.

But until you know for sure, the advice is meaningless. Less than meaningless. Actually dangerous. Because you are delaying finding out if the ED is what is wrong or is something else going on causing the ED.

Nadie123 i did not have spontanous erection from last 2-3 months. When my girlfriend touch then erection came but goes in seconds except for last week i had erection and had sex. Once a month for week it is going to respond but not spontaneous only when she give blowjob or touch.

Thank you txgaq8 for the suggeestion. I am trying hard to get appointment with good urologists ASAP but here in canada it healthcare sucks. My confirm appointment will be on May 21st and its been 5 months from now and it is only phone appointment.

LOL. I’m not laughing at you or your situation. But your criticism of your health care system is hysterical to me.

A little over a year ago, right before my implant, a guy on here from Canada was telling me how much more wonderful health care was in Canada than the U.S., how screwed up the U.S. was, etc etc.

In my case I had been talking to several doctors but ultimately got an appointment with the surgeon 7 days after I called, and he operated 17 days later.

My insurance paid and I was out a total of $11 out of pocket. IIRC.

The bottom line is seek professional medical advice. I’m glad you think that is a good idea. I’m sorry you have to wait. In a way, I find the fact you have to wait almost criminal.
