No injections don't always cause curvature. I expect there is at least a little scaring but I haven't really noticed it.
I won't opine on your other points.
Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?

Re: Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?
I assume you have PSSD, how long has this being occurring? I would recommend getting a Doppler scan to rule out if it's a venous leak.
Make sure to assertively seek a referral to a specialist, like a urologist.
If Pills are ineffective, injections are the next line of treatment.
It's called "injection therapy", at first I didn't like this term, because therapy implies improvement or a cure, but then I realised it is therapy, for us and our happiness.
It's likely you will respond well to monomix, which apparently has the least side effects for scarring.
Keep in touch.

Re: Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?
Thanks yes you are exactly right I have pssd. It’s been like this for almost two years. I thought I would eventually get better and go back to my old self but nothing has changed. Scary to think that a medication can cause permanent sexual dysfunction. It’s the oddest thing, no arousal or lust— it’s like it’s muted it, no pleasurable sensation in genitals although I still have some feeling, and then of all things which you wouldn’t think is possible, I’ve developed PE, which with arousal low doesn’t make sense to me but I have. Anyways, I think the injections would bypass arousal and just work. The last urologist I went to didn’t want to scan me because he said even if I had a leak there’s no fix. I guess I need to find another one.
Re: Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?
The Urologist should try to find a diagnosis, that's their job. After I was diagnosed with a venous leak, the Urologist I was seeing referred me to a specialist urologist who deals with ED. I think most Urologists don't have much experience with ED.

Re: Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?
My doctor says the injections lose efficacy because people's conditions get worse, not because they develop tolerance to the injections.
45 y.o. ED and Low T since about 28. Cialis for ~15 years, Viagra since 11/2020, starting Tri-Mix on 1/28/2021.
Re: Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?
If that’s the case I don’t see my condition getting worse since I don’t believe it to be a physical condition with my penis. But also in fairness Drs make the same statement about oral pde5 pills and they definitely lose effectiveness with time
Re: Fixing to give injections a try, how long term?
My doctor does admit that pills can lose efficacy over time, but as with anything, I'm sure different doctors make conflicting statements.
