I bought an inexpensive pump to try and have been using it a couple times a day. When i use it the head and maybe a few inches gets large but the rest of it towards the base is still small. I am also on daily 5mg. cialis. Am i doing something wrong or any suggestions would be appreciated.

cheap one i bought online, plastic tube with a bulb pump, has a rubber sleeve for penis to go in. Tried it without sleeve and it did not do much as far as making erection. I have not used it long, few days. Have e d from prostate cancer, robotics surgery. Trying to get things to work again. thanks

If you have Meical insurance, have your doctor write a prescription and get a medically approved VED. Check out some of the threads in the Pumping Forum and you will find some reviews and recommendations.

With your current pump, try lube on the base and pushing it hard against your fat pad to insure the seal is good and see if that helps. Do you know the diameter of the tube. It sounds like it is too big for you?

what is happening the rubber sleeve is too long i think and the only part getting erect is what is sticking out , i am going to try and cut it off shorter, i have no clue if my insurance covers ved devices.

probably about 3 inches in diameter, i just cut the sleeve off and that fixed that problem but i don't have the girth or length i used too. Not erect enough for intercourse.

3" is too wide. Unless you are well above average, 2" or less will be more effective and easier o keep a tight seal. I use an Osbon constriction band to maintain my erection. You can slip it on after exiting the tube if you use a lot of lube. With your 3" tube you could probably slip it on before going in.

When I first started pumping about three years ago, my erect dick measured 4.5 inches long (non bone pressed) by 4.4 inches in circumference. I started with a 1.5 inch cylinder which worked great. I am now working with a 1.75 inch cylinder. If you pm me with the stats on your erect size, I will be more than happy to give you advice on choosing the right cylinder.

I disagree that size doesn't matter. As far as cylinder size is concerned, size does indeed matter.
