I am also wondering, with such a stiff penis, how come the cylinders cannot make their way through the tissue?

In a natural (that is, a penis working normally and in healthy condition) The tissues of the Tunica Albuginea provide the stiffness and the tissues surrounding the tunica are accustomed to that pressure and stiffness. A properly installed penile implant does not stress the tunica nor the surrounding tissues more than that. This applies to malleable implants as well as inflatables.

"Erosion" is the term describing the cylinders making their way through the tissue. Do a search in FrankTalk. It is fairly rarely mentioned here, so I think it is a rare occurrence in medical practices.

What about if there is Peyronies present? Wouldn’t that wear out the tunica faster?

I have no idea. I expect not, but a consult with your surgeon or urologist would provide a much better answer.

I had a Titan Coloplast 22cm implant on Feb 23rd by Dr. Karpman.
Latest events, on my flight home yesterday my scrotim sack fillied with fluid due to simply sitting on a chair in the Airport. I called the doctor and he said as long as it does not reach above the penis into the pubic pad. It swollen up there from the incision but not anything i feel is major. Im hoping this will go down? A drain is not needed? My body will flush it?

Back to my further depression with my appearance. I see it much shorter than my previous size. There a sharp bend to the left. I had an issue all my life but i was told this procedure would correct it. The bend was straightened a lot by stretching excersises for years prior to the surgery. It was unnoticable, i was able to pee almost perfectly straight and now its worse than it ever was in my lifetime. Its making me wonder why he put one cylinder shorter than the other on my weak side, when it was suppose to be corrected. Then the size. I spoke with Otis the Coloplast advocate 6 times, and my main concern was size. I had visits and numerious emails and conversation with the Karpman office and my main concern to doing this was size. I did not want to lose any, even flaccid. Karpman assured me i had a good size and i would be very happy with the results and i see these cylinders right where the mushroom is. I know others have them in the gland all the way pressed up against the tip. Its almost like he did the exact opposite of what he said.

I had a doctor ruin my shoulder in 1997
I had a Phoenix Coyotes doctor commit malpractice in 2015 on my knee, causing me a future full replacement.
Now this, and i even saved up and paid cash for it.

Why cant i get what i was promised and paid for?

I hear you loud and clear brother. Send me a PM and I will get you my phone number and we can talk.

First you need to know this is a long journey after surgery and there is going to be a lot of changes in the months ahead. Right now is another difficult part of waiting in this journey. What you see now is very different from what you will see months from now. Right now it is important for you to rest and heal. You have a really good doctor that you trusted to do this so follow his instructions. The swelling will go down and the Titan is the best choice for straightening curvature's. Keep up with the ice packs for as long as your doctor advises.

As I said my tips were different distances down in my shaft and when I started cycling they did work back up into the glans fully. No need to worry about that now as that is for later. But be sure to contact your doctor and remind him of this when it is time to start cycling and follow his instructions. There is a very good chance you are going to be very happy with the results but it will take some time. You need try to relax as much as you can as stress and anxiety is not good for healing. Your doctor is really good and you want him to want to help you and need to do everything you can for him to do so.

In my case my first time cycling I was just over 4" and the tips were below the glans. They did work up fully into the glans and I had gains out past 1 year and am just a tad over 6" fully inflated.

So right now you just need to relax and rest and do proper wound care. That is your job now. Heal and prevent infection. You are not the first to have these feelings. There was a post not to far back on this site about a guy who own money to a doctor because he felt the same as you do now right after his surgery. But it all worked out great. And there are others that have had same feeling after the surgery that ended up with great results. So think good thoughts. Get some positive energy flowing. Good times are headed your way. Try to think of a pro athlete and having knee surgery. It takes a while before they can walk then longer until they run and then longer until they are back competing.

When I decided to have this 3 years ago I had read enough to know that there would be changes and I told my self I would not judge the outcome until after 1 year post surgery. That does not mean that I did not have sex with women or a lot of good times before the end of that year. I did have some good times and several partners. But I had gains in length and girth out past a year.

So think of all the good times ahead. And congratulations brother for kicking ED out of your life.

Ive lowered my pain med dosage and i notice a pain on my left lower abdomen, as if you slightly squeez a testicle. I think the tubing from the pump is wrapped around the left testicle. I think on thursday during the airport wait time it must have shited. I remember on wednesday it was right in middle. I fugure if it can tangle around it, it can untangle also.

It might appear that way but the surgical instructions I've read indicate that they create some sort of a pouch in the scrotum in which the pump will reside. That's not to say that all surgeons will do that so it's possible you do have the pump physically in the same pouch as your testicle. That being said though, the most likely reason for the slight discomfort is from the occasional arguments that your pump has with the testicle, as I'm intimately familiar with this situation to the point that I've penned a pronounceable acronym for the feeling: KITN (prounounced "KITTEN"). Means "Kicked in the Nuts".

The left lower abdomen is the reservoir. That is where mine is and I did have a bit of discomfort from it. I have also read of the pump attaching itself to different things and being uncomfortable for a while. I did not have this problem and someone else might be able to help you with that. All the cases I have read about were resolved with time. Nothing but good thoughts brother. We are here for you.

My doctor had me 80-90% pumped up from day 1 till 4 weeks. I had a 20 degree PD bend he was fixing. I was also 1/4 to 1/2 below glans in the first week. Everything else you describe sounds normal. I will tell you 4 weeks pumped hard was almost un bearable. Dr Karpman is very. experienced and I don't think you are undersized. It takes time to heal. Ice/heat etc.

My entire sach is filled with fluid and the entire underside is black, severely bruised. Trying to pull on the pump is excruciatingly painful. I had no idea it would be this bad. I dont lnow how this much fluid can dissipate from the body without a drain.
