Heading for Trimix

After great success with Cialis and Viagra, they stopped working well. My urologist is starting me on Trimix soon. I'm open to any tricks, tips and advice. My partner and I are accustomed to having sex three to five times a week. I'd like to get back to that frequency if at all possible. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Start with a low low dose and don't be frustrated if it doesn't work until you build up to the right amount.

Better than starting with too large of a dose and going to the ER during covid. Many many stories of doctors recommending too large of a starting dose and people ending up at the hospital.
