Why is my doctor telling me to inflate the first day
Re: Why is my doctor telling me to inflate the first day
If there is a kink you should be able to feel it. Follow the left cylinder down if it leans left or the right down if it leans right. If you find it you can try to move it around to help it. Did your doctor check all this at your last visit?
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

The tips did go up in the glans but that is a long story and as I said before send me a PM and I will talk to you about it. At least your doctor would see you about this and you have this on record with an office visit to him. My doctor refused to see me after surgery for 2 different problems. All that being said and even with problems and the less that great outcome I was able to date again and have sex with a partner.
Give this more time for the tips to go up. With mine I was told to do max inflate. Your doctor should give you instructions for how long. As far as baths I was not cleared for them for a long time after surgery due to infection risk. I used a heating pad. The thing is another surgery baring infection will not be done until at least 3 and most times 6 months post op. What you need to do now is your part of healing and cycling. You have a good chance that this will correct and you will be able to use your implant. Maybe not the fast lane express smooth ride you expected. But for most of us this takes time. There are many changes that happen and thing get better over the 1st year. They did for me.
Thanks, I plan on giving it a year or two, and my insurance will kick in my this time. I'm sure they will deny any claims for mismatched measurements, but they may cover some expenses. I really wanted Kramer to do this job, but he was MIA, and wherever(?).

The second doctor I saw told me to pull my penis back a bit while inflating to make sure the tips go into the glans properly (although that wasn't ever my problem). I read or saw on Youtube from a high-volume surgeon's advice (maybe Perito or Eid) that initially uneven implant cylinders can frequently be due to kinks in the cylinders and once you pump up about 50-70% of max, you should try flexing or bending your penis UP/DOWN/LEFT/RIGHT several times (no this isn't a cheat code for a video game ) and then try to pump some more. It is possible that the kinks are difficult to come out without a bit of bending to help them spread out a bit.
If you can feel the rear tips either under your perineum or near your anus, you may be able to feel whether they are even. It's possible that one is not seated into the crus fully thus the implant on that side looks bigger. It may also be that the tubing for one cylinder has a kink in it preventing it from easily inflating. The maneuver above may help to free up a kink in a tubing as well, even if it's kinked inside the corpora, inside the corporotomy.
Thanks, I will try these techniques

No I was in agony when he was inflating and deflating. He explained everything was done right, and that the bend was because I had a bend to the left before before the implant. I could have sworn that the Titan corrects this. From him and many others words on this forum.

Another thing is this damn thing seems to self inflate. After 1-2 hours I'm walking around with a partial woody.

The key word is "eventually". Assuming everything was installed correctly, by keeping up the cycling, you should see improvement in both length and any curve you have.

I had that also. These pumps are made really tight to last a long time. So they take a bit to "break" in. They are self lubricating. The more you use them the better they get. Some of the problem can be the fluid that is in the cylinders inside your body that you cannot squeeze the fluid out of. As you move you can push this fluid from inside your body out into the part of the cylinders in your shaft. Some have said they sit on a narrow bench when deflating. And as you heal you are able to squeeze harder on your shaft to get the desired deflation. For the last year or so if I do not inflate every day the opposite happens. Fluid continues to be forced out of the implant and my tips move down into my shaft and is not comfortable when I pull it out to piss and shake the dew off the lilly. So I just put a few pumps in it until I can cycle.
Let us know how the self examination goes and if you find anything.

He would have felt and followed the cylinder down under your scrotum to do this like I posted. If you have a deep Crus like I do I had a doctor instruct me to put my feet together and draw my knees up and to the outside so he could feel my RTE's near my anus. This is a picture of what I have after nearly 3 years and it was worse post op. Then I was only partially inflated and my doctors resident pulled the catheter out it fell to my left pubic pad. Pointed straight out to the side laying on my body.

Re: Why is my doctor telling me to inflate the first day
The left side seems to have corrected a bit, but the tips are far from the tip of the gland like I would have liked and repeated many times to Karpman and in his office, quoting kramer "push the envelope", and I would explain he meant, push the limit on length into the gland. There is simply too much play there, at least 1/2 inch fully inflated.
Another thing I discovered is that these tips are directional. They are to point upward into the gland. My right side points downward away from the gland, and the left side points upward into the glad.
When I spoke with the Southwest region reps I had also explained that my gland was small compared to my girth. I have over 6 inches natural girth, but a small gland, giving a christmas tree effect. They said not to worry that there were proper sized tips for that. I don't think these tips were used and that's why the lack of pushing the envelope was done in my case. I'm almost certain this is the case.
Im very pissed off because I feel I could not have done more for my due diligence, multiple calls with questions about the surgery, multiple flights to cali, a long conversation with the 2 coloplast sales reps (I wish I could remember their names), multiple cancellations due to fear of regrets, multiple calls to the 2 patient advocates for Coloplast. Both questions the advocates asked were how many surgeries per year did the doctor I chose perform? At 150 they said that is more than adequate.
20k out of pocket really sucks.
