Re: Vacurect
I’ve had very good luck with the SOMAerectSTF. the three size cylinders give more flexibility w sizing and the Manual pump is easily controlled. https://www.augustams.com/product/somaerectstf/

Re: Vacurect
Had an encore, and required double rings which made it painful also the seal drew in a testicle which was also painful ordeed a vacurect guess we'll see. Also the vacurect being manual should be more percise in vacuum pressure control. My thoughts

Re: Vacurect
I have used the Encore and the Vacurect, the Encore with the manual pump was the best combination I
could find. I could not get a good hard erection with the Vacurect and none of their rings would hold an
erection. I am using 2 Osbon rings, one large and one medium with a penis sleeve. It works very well
and there is not nearly the pain I had with the "bare" rings. Try that penis sleeve and see how it works
for you. You also don't get that "snapping" effect of the rings with the penis sleeve. I started using the
battery pump with the Encore but switched to the manual, I found it to be more controlable to use. And
I don't think you will find the Vacurect to be more precise in vacuum pressure, although it may be different
for you............GOOD LUCK!! and try a penis sleeve......

Re: Vacurect
BTW.................uandmetime.com for the penis sleeve and again, good luck! I know it
gets very frustrating. Having to pump is bad enough, finding the right pump and the right
rings that fit is even more frustrating. It took me many attempts and a very frustrated
wife before I got things fairly normal.

Re: Vacurect
Thanks, will give it a try. At the moment waiting on a vacurect already ordered but stuck in customs, for over a month. Been using caverject 20mcg but loosing rigidity when penetrating. Very frustrating. Trimix is unavailable in this region and discouraged by my urologist. Want to increase the dosage of cav. But afraid of priapism. Want to use the ved for therapy or coitus wife. Still searching for the right solution. Thanks
Re: Vacurect
Have you tried adding a good silicone novelty/sex shop cock ring to the Caverject. Most guys that use them as a supplement wear the ring around the shaft behind the boys. There are several threads on the topic if you're interested.

Re: Vacurect
I also have used a SOMAerectStf pump back in 2016 after my RP but after a very painful experience of sucking a testical into the tube I couldn’t face using it again. But have recently been thinking of giving another go. To try and gain some of the length I have lost or have I left it to late to try
I had a RP in 2016 and a year later My psa started to rise resulting in having 37 sections of radio therapy. 2021 Testosterone replacement stopped due to psa rising again. Oncologist says most likely coming from a malignant source. I am at my wits end.

Re: Vacurect
I'm using a Vacurect pump and quite satisfied with it. I have found that I can stretch the Osbon tension rings on to it prior to pumping for sex, not for daily exercise. For daily exercising daily I mostly use a Vacurent #10 ring. I found the Osbon rings much easier to remove after intercourse the Vacurect rings because I have to go to a fairly small ring to achieve the necessary tightness and maintain the erection. I'm still experimenting with ring sizes as the erections still do not last as long as i'd like...Maybe at best 10 minutes (Last ring was a Medium High Tension D.) I will probably try double rings next (Medium Standard Tension C with s Large Standard Tension A) which is recommended. I also found and use a thin surgical rubber shield at the base of the pump for a seal and to protect parts from being pulled into the VED that are uncomfortable and not wanted. It's also stretchy enough to remove over the rings. I also take a 10mg Tadalafil earlier in the day...maybe helps a little. I've also tried double strength trimix, which works sometimes but reluctant to use it with the VED. Still in experimentation mode with the VED and rings and making some progress - ain't giving up!

Re: Vacurect
I have had the soma for many years... A good thing is that if something happens to it, dropped or anything that renders it unusable they will replace it no questions for $16. I think I have used it about 5 times.. lol
But it is easy to use and the rings slip of nicely and it seems to do a great job.

Just because you can no longer cut the mustard, Doesn't mean you can't LICK the Jar!
