I also have a Titan 20cm. but with a 125 cc reservoir that is only filled with 90 cc. If i remember correctly the fluid recommendation for the 20cm is 73cc. Even though you have a 75 cc reservoir, you could have more then 75cc in the entire system.
If you are pumping to the full extent and don't run out of fluid you shouldn't have a problem. I am sure there are reasons surgeons choose the 75cc over the 125cc reservoir.

Assuming 75cc is adequate to allow full inflation of an implant, I would think it would be preferable. Why would you want a bigger foreign object shoved into your abdomen if you don't need it?

My understanding of why our shape post op is oval vs more round is that there are 3 corporal bodies. With implant you get 2 cylinders not three. And after implant most all of us stop medications or VED use for sex. So the 3rd corporal body around our urethra has no help to become erect. So until a device is made with three cylinders our shape will be more oval.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Unless you still have glans and spongiosum engorgement or can take MUSE or similar alprostadil urethral suppositories to get engorgement.

Correct but if that worked regularly with out side effects most likely you would not need the implant. There are exceptions and there is a bit of difference in the 2 but the vast majority of men will be in the group with a more oval or flat shape.

Spongiosum/glans engorgement is not dependent on corpus cavernosum engorgement. It is very possible that one may have no engorgement of the main two erectile bodies but still get engorgement of the glans and spongiosum. I get some to a degree even though I was a floppy noodle for about 10+ years of my 25 years of PD affliction. I can even get firm engorgement of my glans and spongiosum as long as I perform (what I know know is called) vasovagal maneuver to raise pressure in my lower abdomen. Also, some implantees only received theirs due to PD.

Correct as I said the 2 are a bit different. But that does not change that most of us even with a little glans engorgement will not have the roundness we had when things were not broken. The amount will vary but the majority will have less roundness. I am very happy for your results but I do not think yours is common or even in a majority. As I said there are exceptions. And I hope treatments improve where all of us get everything back we had pre ed. Take care brother.

Re: Reservoir volume...how much is too much or too less?
This discussion has veered off topic. I'm also surprised that my AMS LGX brothers have not commented in their most recent posts that our reservoirs can hold up to 100 cc of saline. Mine was filled to 90 cc by my implant surgeon and I'm rock hard before even reaching 100% inflation. For the sake of those men contemplating implantation, let's make sure they are familiar with the specific details about both Boston Scientific and Coloplast products.
Implanted 5/6/20 by Dr. Jesse Mills at UCLA; AMS 700 LGX 18 cm w/2 cm RTEs. I'm 76 & fit but had ED for 20 years. Pills/injections ultimately failed, including 3 ER trips for Priapism; Shockwave & embryonic stem cell therapies didn't help either.
Re: Reservoir volume...how much is too much or too less?
My 22cm Titan has a 125cm reservoir and 105cm of saline. When inflating I get about 14 pumps to get erect and after 2 minutes I can get another 4 to 8 more pumps and it is rock hard!
