I never found the neck strap useful. I don't know if the newer Bathmates come with a cushion insert, but the short one helps the discomfort caused by the harsh, rigid, gaither. 99% of the problems I have had were with that fiddly valve on the top. Changing the old one to a new one helps for a while. Keeping the Bathmate clean can be a chore, especially the interior of the valve area at the top with all its nooks and crannies. The dishwasher works wonders but getting caught again washing my dick pump in Mrs AnotherOldMan's dishwasher is not worth my life!!

I’m Four weeks out of implant surgery and I’m thinking of using my pump to gain inches back. Curious as to how some of you guys are using the pump with your implant. Are you pumping your implant to full erection and then using the pump? Would be interested to know.

I've heard various things, so mixing it up may be the best approach. Saw a study that stated to stay inflated for 10 minutes every day or so. Saw another that said to cycle inflating and deflating every minute or so. I mostly do the latter as it feels more comfortable. I'm talking from a pre-surgery perspective though. I imagine it's helpful post-surgery too.

Got my pump from pumptoys.com. A lil pricey but worth it i believe.
