Prior to getting married over 41 years ago, I remember having a lot of performance anxiety every time we tried to do the deed. On my wedding night, I avoided drinking at the reception and that night had the hardest erection in my life and we both enjoyed two orgasms within 15 minutes.

Stay focused on the anticipated pleasure and you should have no problem consummating your mrrage without the aid of medication. Give it a try and if for some reason it goes limp, all you need do is excuse yourself and explain to your wife that you have a backup plan in the bathroom and that you will return ready to go in five minutes. You can explain to your wife the details of Plan B while you cuddle with her in wormth of the post coatul pleasure.

Hi Rad, I'm in Brisbane and I used Caverject for many years, it is expensive but you can reduce the cost dramatically if you use much less than a full applicator. Buy some BD Ultrafine insulin syringes, I use the ones with a 29g(0.33mm) by 12.7mm needle which is a common size for diabetics, they're quite cheap to buy online or from the chemist. Mix your Caverject as usual and get to the stage where you're ready to inject, then remove the needle and insert the needle on the syringe into the same place as the original needle, withdraw what you need and refrigerate the rest for future use. (It helps if you inject the same amount of air into the phial as fluid that you're going to remove) Whilst they warn you not to reuse solution in my experience it's fine for use for many weeks unless it gets cloudy which I've never had happen. This will reduce the cost dramatically. In all my years of using injections, I've never had an issue with the age of the fluid. In fact the fluid I'm currently using has a use by date 9 months ahead but that presumably depends on the makeup of the fluid.
Healthy 70yo used injectibles for 20 odd years, Alprostadil, Caverject and now a variation of bimix.

Just another point on the cost of Caverject, I had a discussion about the cost with my chemist he agreed to reduce the cost to $100 per script (6 boxes-12 applicators I think of 20mcg) which at the time was a significant reduction from the usual price, this was about a year ago. It's certainly worth asking if you can get a better deal or maybe trying one of the discount chemists like Chemists Warehouse etc.
