Trimix and A-fib or irregular heart beat
Anybody else use Trimix with these conditions. I have been under the impression local injections are much less risky for heart conditions. I will speak to my cardiologist about this, just looking for feedback from those with experience, thanks.

Talk with your cardiologist and your prescribing urologist.
The amount of medication you are injecting in the Trimix is tiny and local. They shouldn’t have an impact on your afib. As long as you are healthy enough for sexual activity there shouldn’t be an issue. But they will be able to tell you for certain.

As always your doctor knows your situation best. Here's my experience and thinking.
I've had afib for years. Tadalifil or Trimix never triggered my afib. Oral drugs lower blood pressure and injectables are not a systemic drug. It's more likely that a blood pressure increase from having sex would trigger afib, but I never noticed this either. I was on Sotalol (rhythm control) for 18 months which over time made erections impossible even with the oral drugs. That's why I went to Trimix.
Now after my second ablation I've been afib free and off Sotolol for 6 months. Seems each month erections get better and I may soon get back to oral drugs only.

Thanks guys, I appreciate the feedback. I know what the conventional wisdom and medical disclaimers say, but I like to hear from someone who has experienced it.

I recently ended up in the hospital for uncontrolled Afib which led to early stage CHF. I was really sick and didn’t really know it. Interestingly, Trimix was working great when my heart really wasn’t. I had a cardioversion while there to shock my heart back into rhythm and left the hospital on some new meds to get me to an ablation soon: Lasix (diuretic), Elequis (blood thinner), Lisinopril, Amiodarone and Metoprolol. I feel great! But now my few attempts at injections are just not the same with a couple of failures—very rare before. But I only took baby aspirin before...
In searching the forum, I saw where someone recommended taking the Trimix away from the other meds. Last night I took the Trimix 5 minutes after the others and couldn’t perform at all after the first few minutes. Any other tips your guys can think of?

Yes I have A fib and I use a host of drugs including metropol, flecianide, and a baby asprin. Have used 6 to 8 units about twice a month, before my afib and after. Yes I too have two shocks to get my heart back in rithim. All this and I dont think it had any affect.

I tried my normal 12 units T105 with little success, not enough firmness for intercourse. I brought that up to 20 units this morning with great success—no effect on my heart. I’m having an ablation in a little over a week to “fix” this for good I hope, so the meds should go away in a month or so and I’m hoping to take it back down to a lower dose.
