Pump to regain length and girth

I have a medical grade pump and am wondering if daily use can help me regain length and girth. I used to be 5” long and now am only 4-1/2. If so, how long each day and how long pumped at a time. Any advice much appreciated.
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

Yes! dont over pump and start pulling skin past the gland ( assuming your circumsized ) let your dick enjoy the moment for 5 to ten minutes for three days, skip a day or two, repeat. Pull till it feels thats all you got with out pain. keep this up for 6 mo you will get back what you lost.

Are you having issues with ED already? Or are you using a ved in prep for an implant?

For me I was prepping for surgery. Also I did have Pd and the total lack on making an erection on my own without the use of full strength pills. At day 12 post op. my girth did not change and I have just started cycling I am down an inch but expect to get that back with some dedication. I also still have a lot of swelling which I hope will dissipate.
