With the suction still on you slip the ring off the tube onto the penis.

will try again, tried it with vacuum and i caught like a bulge somewhere had to pull ring off due to pain, lol

Make sure the ring and the base of your shaft is well lubricated. I usually release the vacuum, exit the tube, lubricate my shaft, slip the ring down my shaft, and kegel in some fresh blood to bring it back to full erection.

tried pumping in the shower again this morning. Looks like a worm being stretched out, i am wondering how much nerve damage i have, neurologist hasn't talked to me about that at all.
