I wish you guys read this and drop your opinon here

Thank you, will sure look into this further.
Re: Research paper may help!!
Well, this study is 6 years old! It seems to me that if there were any true efficacy in humans with these herbs that it would be highly utilized. These herbs are very common in the male supplements on the market, and have been for many many years. They may have some positive effects, but I do not think they can address VL. Even PDE 5 inhibitors stop working for VL at some point, hence moving on to using injections, then on to implant.
Diagnosed venous leak. Going with injections rather than implant for the time being.

Re: Research paper may help!!
When my ED started I tried several of those different Men's Supplements. None of them did anything for my ED.
My insurance wouldn't pay for daily Cialis, and the strongest one time dose did nothing for me. Viagra worked for a few years, then gave me headaches and no erection.
Bottom line, show me proof anything works. When I went on to injections the doc shot me up in the office, That worked, for a few years anyway until my VL got worse. Implant was the last resort. I doubt anything can or will repair a VL except surgery.

Do you know what is venous leak? And what is cause it?
Why do u say not useful for venous leak and the whole study for venous leak?
Re: Research paper may help!!
Here you go Ali
The defect lies in the excessive drainage of veins in the cavernosal tissue of the penis, which undermines normal erectile function.
Causes of venous leak.....
* More often than not, men who ingest too many unnatural chemicals, such as cigarettes, alcohol, and street drugs, are diagnosed with a venous leakage condition. These chemicals can not only harm your physical health, but also damage your sexual organs.
* Mechanical destruction of penis tissue due to rigorous sexual activity may also be blamed for venous leakage. Excessive masturbation, indulgence in unwarranted penile exercises, or over ejaculation can cause damage to the penile blood vessels and surrounding nerves.
* Venous leak may occur in males with vascular diseases that affect blood vessels, resulting in improper arterial blood flow. Besides, aged arteries and plaque buildup due to high cholesterol risks blocking blood vessels, which is also one of the contributing factors for venous leaks. Vascular disease further risks causing erectile dysfunction.
* The condition is also associated with certain nerve conditions, diabetes, and anxiety.
* Some men suffering from Peyronie's disease, which involves buildup of scar tissue in the erectile chambers of the penis, experience curved, painful erections.
* Damage to the penis due to trauma can result in venous leak problem.
* Certain sexually transmitted diseases are also responsible for causing this problem in a small percentage of men, as they may cause scar tissue buildup in the penis.
Regarding why I think this study is meaningless, at this point, again it’s six years old. The individuals that conducted the study said more research was needed, even with the positive results, SEEN IN RATS. As far as I know nothing else has been published regarding research utilizing these herbs in humans, which is the logical next step. VL is a mechanical issue within the venous system of the penis. I believe that if herbs could fix VL every good men’s sexual health physician would have the magic formula of the herbs. They do not, not that I can find! Hence the powerful PDE5 drugs, which also stop working much of the time for VL. Next the powerful injections, oh which also stop working much of the time.
That’s why I think what I think about the study.
But there’s always hope! I hope that answers your question.

Thank you for your detailed reply.
I got this venous leak due to trying hide my morning erection. My ultrasound showed psv 70 and edv 11. And no fibrisis no plaque i fell my penis is still elastic enough but when it is erect it throb all time even when it is so hard.
I saw video for urologist said venous leak cause is micro fibrosis of cavernosum tissue and they doesnt appear in ultrasound Doppler.
So why this micro fabrosis cant heal with blood flow? [some people say daily cials can reverse Ed]
Why is venous leak increase with time????!!!!!!! That is so weird...
Iam 30 years i cancelled my marriage and this issue make my life so bad so disappointed and not to do implant in this age...
So iam trying every day to find a good way to treat this.
