1. Are implants harder then regular blood filled penises?
2. Does the implant losses hardness over the length time of the implant? I heard one person say that their in plant was so hard that they could ram a wall with it. Then I heard others say that it is difficult to do anal at all or without lubrication. So, which one is it? Is it super hard or just hard enough for mission and or vagina related sex.?

Re: Strength
I have just had mine a little over 3 years and my LGX is harder hard than I ever was. One video I watched comparing the AMS LGX and the Titan stated the Titan was harder hard and LGX softer soft. But I inflate mine to 100% and some men do not. Maybe that is the reason for what you have read.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

#1 Yes, absolutely
#2 No, not for me.
No, you can have it as hard or not-so-hard, your call. Experimentation is so much more fun with an implant...IMHO

1) Even as a young man, I never had an erection as hard as it is with my implant. I can inflate to a point where my dick is so stiff and solid there is absolutely no give at all. I've always used lube for anal, and now is no different. Believe me, anal is actually easier with my implant, and I no longer have to worry about staying hard enough to penetrate or complete the act.
2) Mine is new, so I can't say, but I've never heard of the implant becoming weaker over time, unless there is some malfunction.

Me. For anal, yes. But for vaginal penetration, unless my partner is particularly dry and could benefit from lube, I find that a little spit just to keep our skins from sticking together during the initial penetration is all that I need. Lube just makes things too slippery in some cases and reduces friction and therefore reduces my sensation and enjoyment.

Yep use the spit technique for the same reason.
To answer op's questions
1- I think the implant is harder, when fully pumped it feel like a layer of skin over steel rods.
2- only had the implant 4 months, if all is well mechanically with the implant it should not lose hardness over time imo.
Implanted AMS 700 lgx, Jan 15th 2021. 18cm with 3cm rte.
