Another surgery for me on 12/26

Glad to hear things went easy, it sounds a good deal easier than the total implantion. So, no waiting 6 weeks to activate like the orginal. I might see my doc in a month or two and go for completly dry. I Think my aus is slightly less effective than ti was at first, I am now at two years. So no catheter for a day And you left the hospital activated? My doctor is Dr. Boone at methodist, houston.

AUS working perfectly now. 100% continent now for first time in 3 1/2 years.

Talked to Doc about possibly IPP revision to clean out scar tissue and insert second LGX cylinder. Looks like I may go for that this summer. Tired of surgeries right now.

IPP works great, although short and only one side. Takes about 8 pumps to fully inflate. 3 1/2 months post implant and still have soreness on full inflation.

Remember that a revision without replacing the implant has an incremented probability of infection. Do it only if you are not satisfied and be sure that they do the mini-salvage procedure (combination of 5 different antibiotics +hidrogen peroxide+iodine) to prevent infection.
