Hopefully, all this frustration will end soon brother.
40 Years; Suffering from ED due to taking SSRIs for 3 months; using Cialis 5 mg daily
PRE-Op Pics
Here are some PRE-op pictures of both flaccid and erect.
This is without Viagra, and my erection probably disappeared very shortly after this.
The flaccid pics are standing which tend to make my flaccid longer than when sitting.. with the nature of PFS (and hard flaccid) - my flaccid penis size and look can completely change 50+x throughout the day, from hard and small to soft, but dense and long, to super skinny and tense and long, to hourglass shaped. My balls and scotum are shrunken from TRT, so how the pump fits into there will be an issue. In due time, I'll probably hop back on HCG to try to get them back to a decent size. Notice, when I lay on my back, my balls basically retract inside my body now.
Pre-op measurements:
17cm stretched (although erect length is more like 15cm or so)
Erect girth = 12cm (4.75 inches) without Viagra

Re: ViaSwiss' Titan Journal | 34yo | Dr Tatem in Indy | 6.25.21
Dr. Tatem did my implant back in April. He is a great doc, very compassionate and passionate about what he does. My wife and I had spoken to couple of different docs about the implant post RPP and we were both feeling so-so about it, then we met Dr. Tatem and completely put us at ease. I have this forum to thank for making me aware he was practicing here in Indy….at the practice I had been going to!
Procedure went great, recovery had its moments, but overall not terrible. I definitely had those times with the “what the hell did I do” thought. Start cycling AND using at 3 weeks out and it has been phenomenal, and at that point mine and my wife’s thought went to “why the hell did I wait so long?” I was about 3 1/2 yrs out of RPP.
Wonderful doc with great results.

Glad to hear that Randy and thanks for posting.
I am 3 days away, and definitely starting to feel the "holy shit what am I about to do" thoughts.

Heh, yep. Over and over in my head as well. The main thing that helped was the feeling of being totally prepared, both logistically (hotel room prep, planning, etc), and mentally (I've logged every question I want to ask the doc, as I think of them, I know what to expect from reading FT, etc). Excited for you, hope all goes smoothly!

I am bionic. Today is Day 1.
DDay yesterday was somewhat rough. Not really the pain, just the effects from anesthesia.
The guy before me canceled, so I was moved up 2 hours. But for some reason my operation still didn't start until the original time. I was at St Vinvent Ascension Hospital, wheras my previous vasectomy and cyst removal was at a surgery center. I wanted doc to video tape the operation, but hospital doesn't allow (surgery center does).
Anesthesia makes me nauseous and i wonder if having it just 14 weeks ago made me even more nauseous. They gave me plenty of nausea meds prior and after, but still. I was rushed through post-op because my ride had plans (a chick that volunteered after I posted something on Reddit).
I ended up getting 20cm Titan, with a 1cm RTE on the left and a 1.5cm RTE on the right.
I don't know how long I was in the OR, but it seemed like 1.5-2 hours. I may be wrong. Doc sent me an email saying "you did great man. Normally I would talk to family but I didn’t want to share any personal information with your ride, so I figured this was the next best thing. Take it easy this weekend, take care of the drain, and we’ll see you soon ".
My drain will get taken out Monday morning then I will drive 2 hours home. Since leaving the hospital, the drain has collected close to 200ml of blood, seems like a lot, but slowing down. I am on Tylenol, GabaPentin, Naproxen (Aleve.. I am allergic to Celebrx), and an antibiotic.
I couldnt even type this post up yesterday, I was so drowsy and nauseous. I basically laid in bed, taking 30 minutes naps every hour. I slept ok, just woke up every 2 hours to pee.
One thing that sucks is my hotel room does not have a freezer in the mini-fridge. I'm going to see if they can bring me up some ice every few hours. I don't really want to neander around with what seems to be a 40% erection sticking out.
As you can see in the picture. The head of my penis tends to lay to the left as it seems the cylinders dont go all the way into the head. I am thinking that this is because I am not inflated very much. Doc said he was going to try to aggressively size me and he hopes that he never has to have me in surgery again. When I stand, the "flop" to the left seems to mostly correct itself. It also could just be that Titan cylinder being wider, do not fit perfectly into my smaller glans.
The other thing you will notice is a lot of bruising just under the glans on the left size. I wonder if he ran into some scar tissue there and is the swelling is sort of pulling the glans to the left? I'll post a few more pics standing so you guys can see its not as bad that way.
Pain is very manageable so far. Definitely tender where my reservoir is though, low right stomach. Yesterday, I 100% realized why some guys start of by thinking "WTF did I do!?"
I am not an emotional person, but I actually had a 15 second cry. Idk if it was because my ED is going to finally be cured, or that the day just sucked, or that I am here doing this all alone, or that I am thankful for all you men here on FT for educating me about why the sucky day will lead to better days, or all the above. Either way, it was only the 2nd time I have cried in maybe 5 years.

Congrats dude!! We're similar age and I'm just 1 day ahead of you on my implantation. So stoked to hear about your experience in the weeks to come.

Better pic standing up. Is the cylinder poking out to the right, not all the way in the glans an issue? Or is it still too early to say?

Re: ViaSwiss' Titan Journal | 34yo | Dr Tatem in Indy | 6.25.21
Some more thoughts from day 1 (yesterday).
-Holy cow I got bored sitting in a hotel room all day. Haven't left the room since I got here. Having an erection just isn't ideal for that. No idea how some guys go weeks fully inflated! Thank God I get mine deflated tomorrow.
-The drain was awesome. I think I had close to 250ml in the first 24 hours in it, since only 40 or so. It hasn't been too much of an annoyance either.
-I iced a total of maybe 6x yesterday, not quite as much as I wanted too, but it seems that the drain is taking care of most of the inflammation.
-Doc put a big 125ml reservoir in, and despite being pretty skinny, I can't tell where its at (aside from some soreness on right side).
-Funny story on user WolfPacker, who is sitting in NYC right now one day ahead of me. We both got so bored, that we managed to run into each other on Reddit, both posting under different usernames than we use here. Ended up exchanging numbers and chatting about our new dicks.
-I still don't know how pumped I am, maybe 50-70%, just guessing. I could probably have intercourse this pumped. Anyways, the cyclinders, feel very normal. The actual feel in my penis is normal too so far, nothing feels "too fake". Still some numbness, bruising, and tenderness so hard to say for sure tho.
-Yesterday I only napped once, ended up going to bed at midnight and waking up at 10am. I had to sleep on my right side all night due to issue below..
-The right cylinder tip still sits outside of the glans, but ONLY when I am on my back. If I am sitting up, laying on my right side, or standing up then it sits fine in the glans. It probably sits outside if I lay on my left side too, but I have not tried that yet. I am going to post some pictures of what it looks like on my back, that spot was REALLY getting sore. I should note, that I am only 50-70% inflated, so its possible that being closer to 100% inflated would push that tip in to the cylinder. Only time will tell.
-I put some lidocain cream on that sore spot, wow, so helpful!
-The glans of my penis is slightly rotated. It was like this prior to implant, not sure if its somewhat normal or from plaque. It seems it still is rotated and that is likely why the right tip is outside of glans when on my back. I'll post a picture showing the rotation of the glans.
-I had a dream last night that I was at a party pumping ready to use my device, Dr Tatem was there helping me learn how to pump and deflate because I could not figure out how to deflate lmao. Sad part is that the one I was trying to use my device on was my toxic ex, who didn't want me to get this done in the first place.
-Ready for another boring ass day in the hotel. Then tomorrow morning drain comes out, I get deflated, and taught how to cycle. Then I can head home!
1st pic = showing rotation of my glans, which is likely what is causing the tip to be where it is while on back
2nd pic = cylinder outside of glans when laying on back only.
3rd pic = penis while standing up, tip in glans, also notice you can not tell where the big reservoir is.
