Disappointment with Erection

Postby KenJ1947 » Sun Jul 04, 2021 6:47 pm

I need some advice.

When I pump up with my AMS CX, my penis points down at 4:30-5 with a very slight bend. I have been wearing a jock strap with my penis held up at 12-1:00 for several weeks for 4 or 5 hours a day or at night.

Because of a complication after surgery, I wore normal underwear for 3-4 weeks that didn't provide "quality" support and I was only 20-25% pumped. When I asked about wearing the jock, the doc said ok, not "great" etc.

Has anyone had the same thing and corrected it with any success? Or any other means to straighten your penis and to point it higher?

I got my implant at the beginning of April of this year, so we’ve both had out implants for about the same amount of time. Until recently, my implant was also pointing downward with a curve to it. I have recently starting to really gain some length back, and when pumping as much as I can at this point, my d*ck is pointing out more and is straightening out more.

My pump is located high and kind of tight to my left inner thigh. While holding the pump with my left hand, I place my thumb between my thigh and the pump and also stabilize the pump with my right hand. This allows me to press on the pump harder.

I’ve gained more length and girth since using this technique.

My suggestion is to maybe try this technique or whatever other method works for you to get as much length as you can back. Hopefully this will correct the issue.

My pump placement is a little lower, if I understand you correctly, mostly in my left scrotum. I feel the tubing in my right scrotum, which I hold with my right hand for stability. I pump with my left hand, too. I think I get good pressure and am able to frequently get the pump bulb fully flattened. I get from 50-80 (more one time) good pumps before I can't pump anymore. I pump 10-20, wait a few minutes, and pump 10-20 more. I've been doing that 2 times a day for just over 2 mos.

I've gained about .5 inch length up slightly over 6" and some in girth to about 6".

I'll keep people informed.

My thumb is pressed against my inner thigh, and I squeeze down on the pump using mainly the finger that’s next to my thumb.

I think that I could have been a little more clear about that before.

At this point in time, I think that we still have a way to go by what I’m seeing myself and hearing from others, including my doctor.

Your penis may have pointed up more before the implant, due to natural curve. But after implant when inflated the cylinders are straight so depending on the angle of your crux is this going to impact the angle while erect. There are changes in shape, size, girth, angle after surgery but the important thins is that you can get hard.

When it comes to inflation I use a technique that places the pump between the knuckle of my thumb and a V created by bending down my index finger, I think this give you the most power. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17014&p=153938&hilit=pump#p153938

I agree with everything including the pumping method. I think angle depends on where and how deep your cruse is. Mine is buried 3 inch into my cruse behind my pubic bone. It sticks straight out a 3 o'clock when standing like a towel rack, But it does accommodate any direction I want to point it. Another guy here has nothing buried in his cruse and his hangs straight down when hard.

At one point in my struggles with ED, I was told my crus was probably deep. I hung just an inch or two flaccid but had an almost 8 inch erection that pointed straight out, also.

As for inflating, I use my thumb pushing against my first two fingers. Thanks guys for the info. I'm trying your methods as well.
