I don't want to turn this into a dr debate but I was also heading to dr Eid and started looking for someone more local in case I needed after care. Found Dr Karpman who is very well represented here. He said why travel that far. I have a master in my own back yard. Before semi retirement he was doing around 350 a year. Professor Boyd at USC/Keck has been doing them for 30 years. He is semi-retired and his under study is doing 250 a year. Both are excellent and work as a team. Eid, Kramer and the rest are just self promoting and have a huge following on F/T. 3 years ago lots of guys were needing revisions from pumps installed to high by Kramer. If you trust your local guy, don't be afraid to ask him for some past patients names.
