With 26 cm of implant, how long are you bone pressed? The rest is in your cruse. Pumped hard you should be able to crank it around some and feel the base of your RTE in your perineum area.

I'm just a tad over 6. I'm 3 mos post op. Cycling twice a day. I just deflated. I'll check next time I cycle.

The first month of cycling, I was at about 4pm, despite putting in 30 to 40 pumps. I thought this is the max I could inflate. Then reading on posts here, I just put more and more pumps every time. This set my erection straight at 3pm. You might need to pump more till you feel the stretching and pain.

26 cm is 10 1/4 inch. With 6 inch on the outside your cruse must be at least 3 or 4 inch deep. What is your understanding of hard? when hard I cant bend mine in the middle. Extra hard gives me pain over the entire shaft. That is to hard for sex.
