Swiss,

Even in the video you linked: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNeIt2VsIQw&t=277s

It's quite obvious this would have manifested *before* you got the implant. The fact that it didn't means you don't have glans hypermobility due to your physical structure. you were undersized

That's tough love, Luis.
I'd like to know what the surgical notes say when the doc pulled the cylinders into the glans using the traction sutures. You'd think he would have noted any abnormalities.

I think once the surgeon opens an expensive sterile package they are reluctant to change even if they think the measurement wasn't quite right.

I have noticed that while pumped up, if I pull my skin down towards the base (basically the opposite of stretch test) then I can get the tips into the middle of the glans.

I lost 1.5 - 1.75 inches from the implant and am only just at 14 days with only one week of cycling (none in hot bath).

After reading that WillyWonka gained 3 inches in 3 months from cycling, I still have hope that once my length is stretched back out I may not have this issue. Only time will tell.

21 / 21.5cm should definitely = more than a 5 inch erection. I think I have plenty of room to grow.

I know that this likely will be one of the most difficult things that you can do. You went to a respected surgeon. He understands what he is doing. Many men have admitted that it took up to a full year to regain their length. I haven't noticed negative stories about him.
So here you are at 4% of a year. Guys are clamoring that you got screwed based upon that 4% timeline. Take a chill, cut back on the posting & keep your pumping going. At least until you hit 50% I'd suggest trusting your doctor. At that 6 month mark of diligently complying with his recovery instructions. If you're not seeing some promising gains. Start a convo about adding a RTE. I'm not a doctor but my guess is that even if there is a sizing error. Getting it fixed before 6 months might not be possible. Also, if you time things right, you might get it done in this calendar year & your max deductable has been satisfied.
In my consultation, my surgeon flat out said that if a man comes back after 1 year & has not gained 2" of length back. He knows the man isn't complying with his pumping protocol.
I'm counting on that cause I need 1 1/2" the best that I can recall from my pre ED size. I've spent a long time thinking about a youthful ruler check & where the head of my penis was in relation to my belly button.

This is something that the surgeon should have addressed intraoperatively.

I don't want to worry you, so take my words with a grain of salt. I'm no doctor. If I were you, I'd consult another surgeon just to have a second professional opinion.

I disagree,,,, My tips are a little short of the glans when soft. When I start to pump they advance fully into the glans.

oldbeek,
I think that's one advantage of the LGX.
I wish I had one but I'm well into the glans all the time.

Flaccid, my tips are not into my glans.

Pumped, the tips dont go far enough into my glans.

I want to maximize the tips entering further into the glans + adding length as soon as I can so I don't have floppy glans.

Give it time you’re only a few months out post surgery. Over time 6-12 months they rise into the top glans, the only down fall of pumping so many times a day in my opinion is shorting the life span of your pump.
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

Great advice GT. Everyone seems to be all over that the surgeon didn’t do things properly after this very short time span.
I met Dr. Tatem first back in Feb and he did my implant at the end of April. He is very passionate about what he does and helping guys get back to where they want to be. My ED was a result of RP after prostate cancer diagnosis 4 years ago. My wife and I first met Tatem and told him about the cancer journey and total lack of really being told the reality of what to expect as a result. Long story short I wasn’t very good to my caregiver at times, and looking back, I truly believe the lack of sexual function at 57 was the driver of it. Dr. Tatem told us that he is working to develop a program at the urology group to work with guys at first diagnosis. That really resonated with me and especially my wife, who is in the medical field herself, so she is very good at helping pick the best. So at the end of the day, I’d use and highly recommend Dr. Tatem all day every day. Just because his name isn’t in every other post in the forum doesn’t mean he isn’t competent.
I know for my own recovery since the end of April with cycling at least once a day, I still see subtle changes. AND the biggest win, my wife is really, really happy with the result as well!

Thanks for the feedback. I think that one of the more difficult parts of implant surgery is developing the patience to truly heal. If you want an interesting hour or two of reading. Pick a couple of old timer frequent posters. Go way back in their posting history & read how disgruntled they were after their surgery. Usually about their length. I believe that some of them have forgotten how much they bitched about it. Its very enlightening or entertaing depending on your perspective.
Stay the course. Of course there is a chance that a good surgeon made a sizing mistake. But there is no way to tell that in the first several months.
Guys, please keep this in mind for the recently.implanted. They don't need more stress heaped on them at that time.
